It's not a bad restaurant to go there exactly once. We are tourists from Russia, and everything would be fine: delicious fishbarmak from sturgeon, we came here for it, delicious salad from fried zucchini, but! The service is at zero. We found out in advance if there are sturgeon dishes available. The manager of the restaurant or the hostess, I don't know who exactly is responding to them on WhatsApp, wrote that the dishes are available. We got acquainted with the menu in advance, planned that we would take a steak from a sturgeon. What do you think? We arrive at the restaurant, and of all the dishes with sturgeon, there is only fishbarmak. I do not know what the person who wrote to me in the chat was thinking. Therefore, there was not much choice, we came to try the sturgeon, so we took a fishbarmak. It was delicious. I also ordered rolls called "Pyramid". I attached a photo from the menu and what was brought to me. And I was completely at a loss for what I got. Do you see the similarities between the rolls that I ordered and the ones that were brought to me? All I see is a similarity in shape. When asked where the declared fish is in my rolls, the waiter did not answer anything. Nothing at all. I do not know, maybe it is not customary in Kazakhstan to respond to customer complaints, or only in this restaurant (with fairly high prices) they decided that they could ignore the comments. I was disappointed with the service, of course, this is also about the condition that we pay 10% for the service.
Yes, the hot is delicious, the salad is too. I really have never seen such fish rolls. These were rolls for more than 500 Russian rubles with cream cheese. I will buy a jar of this cheese at the store for this price and roll 3 times more rolls with this filling myself. I was disappointed by the inaction on the part of the staff, I would not have come here anymore.
Apparently, the authors of positive reviews with admiration for the service have not been in decent places and do not know how to serve the client.

This is how this pretentious place with a beautiful view was advertised to me. I love my Kazakhstan very much. But, there is a very peculiar cuisine here. The price tag is very high. My daughter ordered mini chebureks. I won't say a bad word about them. But the waiters are very unfriendly, almost angry and don't give a damn about the guests. And the worst thing is that there is a terrible swamp smell on the famous terrace. Well, the view is also swampy, respectively. Although, it's still beautiful. They came for the sake of the view.
I ordered miso soup, and as a result, the tofu in it turned sour, and there were more mushrooms than in mushroom soup.
There is no coffee at all, they probably removed it so that people would not stay too long.

A good restaurant with national cuisine, where you can try not only the traditional beshbarmak, but also the signature fishbarmak. Stunningly beautiful panoramic sea view. The staff is polite and friendly.

Место классное, на берегу Каспийского моря, шикарный вид. Сидели на веранде)
В первый раз в жизни пробовала фиш-пармак, ну ооооооооочень необычное блюдо, на любителя:) Рекомендую попробовать. А ещё там обалденный казахский чай с пшеницей-вкуснее чая в жизни не пила!)
Персонал отзывчивый, обслуживание быстрое и оперативное. В общем, дорогие читатели, РЕКОМЕНДУЮ)

Баранина сочная
НО! Заказали гарнир к мясу , а именно овощи гриль
ПОЛТОРА ЧАСА мы ждали овощи гриль
Сама работала в общепите , такое время просто дикое для овощей гриль
Тем более гарнир всегда подается к горячему
А мясо уже остыло
Гарнир все еще не был принесен
Посадили рядом со сценой
Музыка просто оглушала
В общем впечатление осталось неоднозначное

Belissimo. Kazakh cuisine is especially delicious. Fishbarmak (from sturgeon) is the most delicious 👍 shubat so-so only. The service is on the level. The view of the sea is incomparable

Одно из преимуществ ресторана, что находится на берегу моря. Очень красивые получаются фото, гости , которые приезжают из других городов очень довольны. Главное считаю обслуживание, что не приходится ждать, отдельное спасибо администрации, что позаботились и видно, что штат полностью укомплектован. Немаловажно , очень чисто, видно, что за этим строго следят. Кухня нравится, первые блюда очень хорошие, фирменное "Айдын" советую, тем кто любит рыбу, разнообразие салатов, сама люблю "Тайский", свекольный с курагой, вкусные мини чебуреки (с курицей, с говядиной) Конечно все мы разные и предпочтения у всех разные, но пока вы сами не попробуете, то опираться на чужие вкусовые предпочтения тяжело. Коллектив очень хороший, настолько всё спокойно, без шума, ведь мы приходим отдохнуть, по общаться. Приводили гостей с Алматы, Сочи, Москвы, Астаны и все остались довольны. Моё мнение может не сойтись с вашим и поэтому советую обязательно сходите. В летнее время там просто класс. Посмотреть на закат, по ужинать и прекрасно отдохнуть

I don't understand how this institution gets 5 🤦🏼♀️ we came to Kazakhstan for the first time, to Aktau, everyone advised us this institution, my family and I came:
- the prices are very high
- the food was not particularly impressive (we wanted to try fish-barmak, but there was only a huge portion on the menu, we couldn't handle it together, especially since I don't eat fish)
- the place itself is untidy: The tablecloths are stained, the walls are stripped, everything is unkempt.. from the street, we didn't realize at all that this was a restaurant, some kind of tin..
- the toilets stink terribly, it's impossible to breathe! And despite the fact that we went in after it seemed to have been cleaned..
- they did not dare to sit on the veranda, although the view was gorgeous, because algae was rotting in the sea, and the smell was terrible at the entrance to the restaurant on the street!
In general, we ordered some food for decency, drank beer, and the children had cocktails, and went to another restaurant, which is a straight RESTAURANT, and not this Soviet disgrace! (Sovdepovskoe because this place looked like it was built back in the USSR, maybe it was once a cool place, but the owners are absolutely not engaged in it, and it catches your eye!)
The only thing I liked was the view and service: the staff is very polite and friendly! The view from the window is beautiful! That's all..

Были в этом ресторане на свой день рождения 18.05.1989, выбирала место по отзывам, но все оказалось не так хорошо.
1. Из всех блюд, которые мы заказывали, особо ничего не понравилось. По вкусу на троечку.
2. Пришли специально попробовать фишбармак. Он оказался очень жирный и не особо вкусный. Съели только рыбу, а тесто не стали есть.
3. Обслуживает очень долгое. Мы провели там почти 2 часа и один салат нам так и не принесли.
4. Когда я спросила про скидку в честь дня рождения или десерт- сказали у них ничего не предусмотрено.
5. Цены явно не соответствуют качеству еды и обслуживанию.
6. Заказала салат с тунцом, но вместо тунца была кака-то дешевая консерва, не вкусная.
Единственный плюс, который я нашла- это расположение на набережной и вид на море.

Супер место. Меню хорошее, еда вкусная, обслуживание достойное. Единственное - закрытые ворота с пешеходной прогулочной набережной, пришлось обходить довольно много, чтобы попасть, непонятно почему не открыли вход с моря.

Рекомендую.
С первого взгляда место выглядит не фешенебельно и скромно. Внутри доброжелательный персонал все меняет.
Блюда большие и ооочень вкусные. Попробуйте фишбармак.
Если не заморачиваться на деталях, то отличное семейное место с неповторимым видом.
Особенно приятно потом пару км прогуляться по набережной.

Отличное место, кухня на высоте как всегда. Но очень дорогой ресторан. Надо по работать с официантами так как ресторан уже как лицо города. Много туристов, гостей.
