They gave me a pie with the wrong flavor, and I had to wait until they made another one.At the time the order was placed, there were already 4 orders on the monitor.In the end, I didn't even hear an apology.I'm very disappointed.

The girl at the checkout smiled and apologized for the warm beer and did a great job. But the person responsible for product quality is clearly out of place, as is the administration of the "restaurant", which is unable to control the basic norms of the technological processes of preparation, and competently select staff. Naturally, the customer's feedback is very "important" to you, and therefore it is at this "burger and warm beer pick-up point" that I no longer set foot. Thanks for understanding.
