Let's just say it's a very average impression. If the staff hadn't been overly praising the desserts in this cafe, there wouldn't have been high expectations. Actually, the desserts are not bad, but, as they say, we've tried better. Tea was especially disappointing. It would seem that a tea house, tea should be the "feature" of the institution, but in reality everything is not so. We ordered Japanese sencha, we checked with the employee, sencha is definitely Japanese - exactly, exactly. The composition in the teapot turned out to be of indeterminate origin, neither in taste, nor in smell, nor in color, which has nothing to do with the ordered tea.

The tea house is one of those places that are not shouted about in the reviews, but which is very much missed in the hustle and bustle of the city. I've been there several times, and each time it feels like the city is somewhere nearby, but not here. Very calm. There is an old Children's park around, big trees, shade, there is no heat even on a summer day. This is a rarity for Yerevan. You can sit inside, you can go out on the bench — it's cozy everywhere. Good Internet connection, quiet, no one interferes — great if you need to work, make a call, or just take a break. Nothing superfluous, but everything is as it should be. A place where you feel normal— and that's probably the main compliment.
