The app is working worse and worse. When money is needed from a deposit, it is impossible to access it in a timely manner (money is withdrawn from the deposit, but does not appear on the card). Previously, there was a chat with the operator in the application, but for some reason they decided to remove it🗿
I call the call center, the robot said "your position is in queue 1", and so 25 minutes have passed, I am still "first in line". It seems the call center is not working either🤦🏻♂️
It's a pity, it was a good bank, with interesting deposit conditions. But what is the point of them if there is no money at the right moment 👎🏻
