I have been a regular customer of the Profline store for a long time, but unfortunately, the recent experience of communicating with one of the sellers named Svetlana left an extremely unpleasant impression. When I came to pick up my order, the seller suddenly asked me a question about having children. This surprised me, as such questions are not relevant to the purchase process. I felt uncomfortable because this is a personal matter for every customer. In addition, the seller started insulting me, making remarks about my nationality. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and has no place in a store where respect and professionalism are valued. I hope that the store management will take measures to prevent similar situations in the future. Communication with clients should be polite and correct.I was shocked by the seller's behavior, as I had never encountered such an attitude in a store.

It's a pity for the lost time on the road and to no avail, as this store is missing, closed, and so on. But why not put up an information sheet so that people don't waste their time. None of the listed phones exist, the numbers are invalid at the moment.
