Electronic payments and debt calculations are very poorly structured. Readings sent via a telegram bot may not be updated for weeks in payment systems and in the official personal account on the website and in the same telegram. And then suddenly there is a debt of 600 thousand soums). A personal visit to the office hardly clarifies the situation... The calculation and payment of the same cold water is much more transparent and convenient.

A terribly incompetent and irresponsible organization. They wanted to open a personal account in the new house, they came here 2 times themselves for the contract, they irritably told us that personal accounts were not done quickly and we would call them ourselves, we left our contacts. Then they sued us for non-payment.
