We arrived at the hotel on September 28th. On September 29th, we went down for breakfast, placed our order, and waited for at least 30 minutes. During this time, our 9-month-old son began crying, and I couldn't offer him anything from our table as there was nothing there. Frustrated, I took him back to our room to calm him down. My husband followed me out. After some time, our breakfast finally arrived, amusingly, the drinks we ordered came promptly, but the breakfast itself came at least half an hour later. On the 30th, housekeeping didn’t come at all; I waited all day. Towards the evening, around 6 PM, closer to 7 PM, housekeeping finally arrived and asked if I still needed service. Naturally, I declined, stating it was no longer necessary. The same scenario repeated on October 2nd. Despite it being late, I called housekeeping and expressed my dissatisfaction to the management. The administration offered repeated apologies but took no action, only promising that housekeeping would come by 9:30 the next morning. Today is that day, yet they did not come to clean. At 11:16, I switched my room status notification from "clean" to "do not disturb" as my child was already asleep. However, despite this, a staff member approached around 12:00 and began knocking on the door. I didn’t respond, but they persisted. Consequently, my child has had inadequate sleep and has been crying. Furthermore, the staff treats guests as if we live in their house, lacking respect, communication skills, and often hanging up before fully understanding our concerns. During our stay, the staff provided us with only one bath towel and one hand towel, despite there being two of us. After expressing my dissatisfaction on October 2nd, the number of towels immediately increased to two, although I hadn’t mentioned this specifically in my complaint. This discrepancy suggests a possible oversight in the staff's inventory management or communication regarding guest needs. The way they handle clients is below acceptable standards. The website claims there are high chairs available in the buffet area for children, but when I asked, I was told they don’t have any. Similarly, the website states that slippers are provided in the room, but they were not. As a guest, I am dissatisfied with the service provided.
