The hotel is nice. The standard room for three had a double bed and a single bed, the bed linen was clean, I did not notice any stains or holes, although I did not examine it with a magnifying glass) Cleaning was done every day (you can cancel it by pressing the button), towels were changed 1 or 2 times a week, and a foot towel more often. The bedclothes didn't seem to have been changed, but we didn't have to either. There was a large comfortable balcony with partial sea views, where there are two small clothes dryers, chairs and handrails, so there were no problems with wet clothes. There were 6 hangers in the room for three people, you can take more of your own. The food was normal, and there was always something to be found if desired. The breakfasts are meager, the coffee is about nothing, but there is a coffee shop not far from the hotel (3 minutes walk). There were no fruits, only watermelon and melon. There have always been a lot of desserts, but I didn't like any of them (they were all the same and tasteless), and the same situation applies to sausage and cheeses. Although the cheese was good a few times. Upon check-in, there is a bottle of water for each person in the refrigerator, and the hotel offers to collect water in the cooler in the dining room and carry it to the room. In the dining room, glasses and mugs are not on the cleanest trays, so I would recommend bringing a reusable water bottle that can be washed. The room key was one for three people (without it there is no electricity). They don't give you a second key, but if you ask, the girls at the reception will take you to the room and open it if, for example, someone is sleeping in the room. I didn't like the public beach, which is a few meters away from the hotel. Umbrellas are very small, they are of no use. The whole beach is covered in cigarette butts, no one is watching it. That's why we were there only on the morning of the first day, and we didn't go there anymore. We walked 100 meters to the beach at the Orsmaris Boutique Hotel (pictured), where we took a chaise longue for a drink. The pool is very pleasant, you can see that it is being watched. It's nice to be there during the day in the heat and in the evening (it works from 7 to 19), there are always free deck chairs. There is a huge cactus, tangerines, pomegranates, olives growing on the territory, and you can see persimmons from the terrace.

We had a rest in early June. The first time we were in a small 3-star hotel. We fell in love with this wonderful hotel. . Everything is clean, the food is delicious, the staff is qualified and very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and comfortable. Splits work well. The cleaning is good, perhaps the best in the 15 years that we have been vacationing in Turkey. The chef prepared fantastic cakes and desserts. The bar serves very good bottled drinks. The hotel is nice. Clear. Located 5 minutes from the sea. There is no private beach on the sea. You can rent an umbrella and a sunbed in any other place you like. When asked to make hooks in the bathroom (I applied for 3 days in a row) They never did. There were only 2 hooks. You can't hang a towel big and small for two people, and there's nowhere to hang your clothes. They never did. The clothes dryer is very small, just hang a swimsuit and towel from the beach. The hotel has a small swimming pool with sun loungers and a bar with three tables. The food is delicious. There are 2 types of meat dishes. There was fish a couple of times. There are a lot of side dishes. A large selection of sweets for tea. There was always a watermelon, a couple of times a melon. Ice cream was served for lunch and dinner. The food is not signed, the guys in the cafeteria do not speak Russian or English. The bottles to season the salads are also unsigned.Juices, tea, coffee, drinks at the bar, all until 23.00. Then the bar closes and the machines turn off, even with tea and coffee. The lights turn off, like everyone's going to sleep. The hotel is located between Marmaris and Ichlemer, and can be reached by Dolmush in 20 minutes. You can walk along the embankment along the sea, about 35 min. I explored the coast, enjoyed the beauty and went swimming. Near the hotel there are guided tours of Valentine tour. Cheaper than we were offered by the tour operator. We organized everything at the highest level, taking into account our wishes. We were on the Aegean Islands. Recommend. Yacht, swimming in the sea, landing on the island, sunset. Everything is great. And we were in the cave of Nimar. Valentina helped. They took us by taxi to the cave, walked for an hour, and the taxi driver brought us back. The hotel is nice. Small flaws are a small thing. We had a family vacation in August, we liked everything, the hotel corresponds to its 3 stars. For those who like PP, there are a lot of vegetables and almost no sweets., -the staff works without disposable gloves, this is especially evident when distributing ice cream (they take a waffle cup without a napkin, then give it with a napkin for visibility); - flies are constantly flying in the common dining room where there are sweets or cheeses.; -if you check in after 21:00, you can skip dinner. On the way to the hotel, there is a good exchange office and excursions at Valentina's. He always guides you on excursions and advises you on places to stay.

We had a family vacation at the end of June. A small, cozy and clean hotel. It's quiet, peaceful, there are no crowds of tourists and queues in the dining room. The staff at the reception speak Russian. The food is exceptional!!! Room cleaning and towel changes were carried out every day. The bar, if anyone is interested, is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., to our surprise, there was also champagne on the card, for which there is a separate +. The beach is urban, it is 3 minutes away, there is a tour on the way. The agency "At Valentina's", we recommend taking tours from her, the prices are much lower, the organization of tours is super (comfortable buses, a Russian-speaking guide)!!!

We stayed at this hotel from 01.09.25 to 10.09.25. We really liked the hotel. The food is delicious and varied, respect to the cook. A separate plus is ice cream for lunch and dinner from the vending machine and as much as you want. This is the 2nd time in this hotel. They came for my anniversary. Everything is great, it has changed a bit in 7 years. At least they made uniforms for the staff and taught them the standards (I was shocked by literally cowards on discordant legs instead of shorts from the barmaid, it's just indecent) - fierce nonsense with one key (apparently they save money in the world), a fine of 10 euros for loss, probably everywhere, but for me it's a consumable - there are no towels for the pool - they gave us a disgusting room, small with only 2 sockets and 1 bedside table, we bought an adapter in migros and went with appliances, the safe in the room is paid, there is no kettle and glasses in the room, there is no possibility to find hot water in the hotel later than 23:00 - in terms of food, I think it's normal for three people, but in principle I don't taste good in budget hotels, I drank my own alcohol, but at the senile bar I had one drink in my hand, i.e. when my husband took one for himself and the other for me, they ran over him and said they wouldn't pour any more 😂 for 5 more We wanted to get a drink before the bar closed, but they ignored us and took it to the foreigners. After all, the bar was used by the staff after closing for their parties, well, tinny, I won't even make a discount for three, it's unprofessional About the city - there is a terribly dirty public beach with cigarette butts and garbage, we went swimming in Icmeler or took different yachts. The sea is cold here (I've been to almost all the cities on the coast, it's the most exciting, but there are great boat trips to the insanely beautiful coves). We bought one on the beach in the center of Marmaris, and from Valentina, but at the same time as a good tour, she sold us a parody of jipping, and this tour became the most terrible of all my 10 times in Turkey. But☝they give you one glass in each hand!!! Either you have to sit at the bar, where the music is busy and loud, or run for a drink every time. I was also struck by the fact that there is no way to have tea in the room after 10.We arrived at 12, the road is long, there is no kettle in the room, there is no reception, the dining room is turned off. The beach is nearby, and there is a public one across the street. Umbrellas only. The entrance is excellent. The water is cool.The hotel is small. There is only one elevator. It was enough, it didn't bother. We had a rest in early September.

It's a very nice hotel. I liked absolutely everything. Valentina from the travel agency is just a miracle. She gave us such a wonderful sea tour of the Aegean islands. I want to warn new tourists, if you are going to the center, then you need the Grand Bazaar stop, and if you are going back, you need the Tropical Hotel stop. And always ask the driver if there will be a Tropical stop. The fare is 40 liras. Be sure to go to the center for the singing fountain show and visit the old fortress there. We stayed at the hotel in September 2024. We really wanted to go to Marmaris, but we needed a quiet and peaceful hotel without animation. After reading the hotel reviews, we chose Adler 3*, and did not regret it for a second! The hotel is located on the outskirts of Marmaris, in a quiet and peaceful place! The sea is a 2-minute walk away, although the hotel does not have its own beach, this is not a problem! Nearby there is a city free beach without sun beds and many beaches with sun beds from other hotels where you can buy any drink and lie on a sunbed all day! Russian girls, Tatiana and Alina, work at the reception during the day! Very pleasant in communication, always ready to help in solving your questions and problems (I consider this the face of the hotel)! We were accommodated in a beautiful and spacious room with a huge balcony on the third floor. Everything you need is in the room, although the refrigerator is small, it worked like an animal (which was not even in the top five)! Wi-Fi is free, just flew within the hotel 👍 Many thanks to Burak, the young man who cleaned our room! The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied, wonderful mashed soups! Special thanks and respect to the Chefs who were always in the hall and made sure that there was enough food for everyone! At 16:00 there is a snack coffee break with delicious cookies. Coffee, tea, juices and water are always available. The waiters work quickly, there were no dirty tables and dishes that were not cleaned. A wonderful pool with clean and warm water, there were always enough sun beds for everyone! Next to the pool there is a bar that works from 10 to 23 with drinks for every taste, the bartender makes wonderful cocktails, and also in the bar there is a wonderful ayran 👍👍👍 The owner of the hotel, his wife and son are constantly at the hotel, they keep order, by the way they also eat in the restaurant, which is not a little important ☝️ Next to The hotel has a travel agency at Valentina! Valentina and her husband are wonderful people, very responsible, we took excursions from them, and if necessary, they will change the currency! Take excursions only from them, more than twice cheaper than from travel agents (only a divorce for money)! We were in Marmaris for the first time, and realized that it is impossible not to fall in love with it with its beautiful promenade along the embankment and with its surroundings!!! Good location, the beach across the street is 2 steps away, to the left and to the right there are free public beaches of small size, there are umbrellas, but there are no sun loungers. The water is the cleanest, there are few people in comparison with our south. Minibuses run from the hotel (it costs 40 lira per person in one direction). From the hotel they go to Icmeler, there is a stunning beach, mountains, views, an awesome observation deck. And across the street from the hotel towards the center of Marmaris (fortress, port, bar street, market). It takes about 10 minutes to get there. On foot +- an hour, you can walk along the embankment, it's also beautiful there, and if you go towards Icmeler, then the embankment is like a park with a pine forest, it's also very pleasant. We have seen hedgehogs and wild boars many times))) Wild boars are friendly. There are a lot of cats around, Turks love them. We rented electric bicycles from Ali, also not far from the hotel. If you rent mopeds, you definitely need a license, at least a photo of the license. Currency exchange is carried out at every step, rubles are accepted even by transfer via the SBP. The on-site Wi-Fi is free and works very well, even from a bus stop. Air conditioning, shower, toilet, refrigerator, TV (without USB input) in the room, everything is working. Safe deposit box for a fee, not used. The beds are comfortable, and you can smoke on the balcony. They are cleaned every day, towels are changed regularly, shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided. In general, Marmaris has the most Englishmen and everything is tailored to them. We stayed at this hotel from 11.06 to 20.06.2025. The hotel is small and very tidy. Good repair, spacious rooms, good sound insulation. There is no territory as such, but that's what makes Marmaris stand out. The hotels there are mostly small. There is a swimming pool and a bar on site. The contingent was 90% Russian. There were few Englishmen. It's a good thing that there aren't many, since in general Marmaris is designed specifically for them and there are a lot of them in other hotels. They don't behave very culturally and are very noisy. The girls at the reception are Russian-speaking and polite. The rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day. There is no entertainment for children, so there were literally two families with small children. The location of the hotel is very convenient. A little off the road and at a sufficient distance from the street bars. It's quiet and peaceful at night. All street entertainment, shopping malls and chain stores are within walking distance. The hotel is on the second line, 100 meters down to the sea, there is also an embankment that runs through the whole of Marmaris. You can take a local bus for 30-40 lira to the center of Marmaris, where the old town, singing fountains, port, LC Waikiki store are located (10 minutes drive). The food at the hotel is excellent and varied. We didn't even expect this from three stars. There is a chef who personally controls everything every time. There was even a red fish. We ate too much (there is something to compare it with, since I have been on vacation in Turkey 9 times and have been to various four and five star hotels). There are always places in the restaurant, there were no queues for food. The used dishes are taken away quickly, the cleaners are polite. The only disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of its own beach. And you can't buy a lounger for a drink right now. For one sunbed on paid beaches, they ask from 500 to 1200 liras. We had a free vacation. The sea is clear, the approach is normal. If it doesn't matter, it won't be too upset. The hotel can certainly be recommended. Especially for those who like a relaxing holiday without any discos, animations and round-the-clock bars nearby. We were very satisfied.

They cook delicious and varied (respect to the cook), chicken, beef, lamb, fish, various salads, you definitely won't stay hungry, melon and watermelon from fruits melt in your mouth, there is a choice in pies. The bar has good alcohol, beer, wonderful ayran. It's a few minutes to the sea, we took sun beds for a fee, since it's inconvenient to lie on the ground on a public beach, it bothered us. The sea is clean and warm. Near the hotel, excursions at Valentina's, inexpensive, always helps if you apply, will also change the currency. Do not take guided tours, they are bred for money, and the difference is decent. About the hotel, surroundings and money exchange We arrived at the hotel with a large group of eight girls (the whole hotel probably realized this quickly). We tried to choose an option in a normal area, without dilapidation, but also without overpayments. We didn't expect luxury and ten meals a day, we just wanted adequate comfort — in the end, Adler turned out to be a good solution: near the sea, stops in the direction of Marmaris Marina and Grand Bazaar, nearby shops that work late. Tip: it's better not to buy anything near the hotel, especially groceries — everything is 4-5 times cheaper in Migros. In the same direction there is an amusement park with normal attractions - the price tag is about 200 rubles. The hotel has a swimming pool, and the pool bar is staffed by very friendly and patient girls. The pool is clean and warm, and there are always plenty of sun beds. The contingent was more of a family, besides us there was another noisy company, the rest were couples, families, a few Russians, a few Europeans. There was no noise from them, all the noise was from us. The food, as for the three, is good: you like something more, something less, but you can always eat. In addition to breakfasts, lunches and dinners, there were also afternoon snacks — pastries, sweets, in my opinion, it was very caring. If a variety of food and a large selection are important, it is logical to watch something more expensive and higher in the stars. The boardwalk is 5 minutes away, there are beaches with sun beds where you can just order a cocktail and relax. On the other side of the grand bazaar there is La Querida Beach & Seafood — there are large portions, normal descent into the water directly from the sun beds. It's very convenient and pleasant if you want to go without the hustle and with a PORNSTAR MARTINI. In general, the staff is polite everywhere. Oksana is at the reception — special thanks. The only thing is that you might embarrass someone, because there aren't many such companies here, and you stand out from your families. Marmaris itself is a good resort town, the streets are quiet, there are few people, there is no sense of a crowd. The hotel is also crowded, but not crowded. About money: there is an exchange near the hotel where you can make transfers through St. Petersburg and issue checks. Try not to change the currency of the guides or escorts, even if you communicate well. We changed 100 dollars each several times and received 2,000 lira, although the exchange rate meant about 3,800. It took them a while to figure it out, but it turned out that those who changed money in exchangers got more, and only those who changed money from "their own" had problems. We were taken to the street of bars — the atmosphere was more like a light version of Duma Street. It didn't go well for us. But I liked Icon beach — there are swings, food, cocktails, plus they take you to water activities. We also visited the Palace Beach Club — we didn't find it right away, there are few tables, it's better to arrive early. Deep house is playing, the ticket cost $ 32. The locker, however, had no door, but the reception said that all the rooms were like this, supposedly standard, but I'm not sure, most likely they were just broken.The trouble with cleanliness is that the hotel only has the appearance of cleaning: the beds are cleaned, swans on the beds, but nothing more. The dust has never been wiped off, the floor may have been washed once. The food at the hotel is very modest, there have been meat and fish a couple of times in 12 days, mostly chicken, and then not every day. But we didn't go hungry, we always found something, very tasty pastries. The reception staff is Russian-speaking, there were no problems. In general, everything was not bad, despite the little things.

The three of us stayed at the hotel in July 2025. A good 3-star hotel (but it was the first time in Turkey that we were in 3 stars, there is nothing to compare it with). Sun beds at the cafe are not cheap - cocktails from 300 lire. They don't let you have a cup of coffee or lemonade in July. We went to Icmeler beach (minibuses with an orange stripe), there is better sand, a wide beach, you can get a sunbed for a cocktail, you can find it for money - 250 lira/ person. The food at the hotel is not for everyone, I think, the youngest daughter sometimes ate only a side dish. There is no choice in meat, it is always stewed with a side dish, sometimes chicken legs, maybe it is important to someone. My husband didn't come with us, but he would definitely have been hungry. And it's hard for small children to find something. There was cottage cheese in the morning, but there were always flies on it. Then it was removed. The tea is only black. There are lovely girls in the bar! The guys cleaned the restaurant smartly, thanks to them. Upon arrival, the reception was warned that the fine for leaving stains on towels and the bed was small. This is the first time we've heard this. The lunch box is not very suitable for early departures - sausage, white cheese, olives and two biscuits. Butter, but no bread. I liked the music by the pool, but I didn't like the ashtrays by the sun beds - I think smoking by the pool should be in a separate place. Overall a solid 4! Thank you for your hospitality.
