At a time it's used yo be the best hotel of Samarkand. Now it is not. One of the flaws of this hotel is there's no elevator, location. The rooms are ok, management also ok at least they have experience working in hospitality.

Nice hotel. It's quiet inside. Sometimes there is audibility of neighboring rooms, but not in principle. The hot water pressure is excellent. The bed linen, pillows, towels are excellent. If you are ready that this is a solid European top three, then you will be satisfied with the hotel. If you're not counting on a four, you'll be disappointed.

Upon arrival, it turned out that only shops and cafes/restaurants accept the Union Pay card in Uzbekistan. You cannot withdraw money from an ATM or pay for a hotel room. Miraculously, I exchanged it through local money changers near the hotel (I sent them a credit card, they gave me cash). The breakfasts are more European, everything is very tasty. The staff is as polite as possible. As in the movie "Hotel in Mumbai", the head lectured the staff and said "The customer is your God", this quote can also describe the service.

In general, it is quiet, calm, few people due to the fact that the hotel is small. In the middle of the hotel there is a cozy courtyard with a glass roof. The breakfasts are modest, a little bit of everything, but you will not go hungry and porridge and scrambled eggs, frkuts, cheesecakes, pancakes, etc., coffee and juices.

Any hotel is primarily about the people who represent it. The staff here are very friendly, always with a smile, always eager to help, with which it is completely sincere and it is felt. I got off the plane with an unbearable migraine, seeing my condition, they immediately checked in at 8 a.m., although check-in is from 14:00. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for their understanding and sympathy! There are always dried fruits, halva, nuts in the reception area and the staff says every time: "Help yourself, it's all for you!" Easter cakes and dyed eggs were brought. We have the warmest and most pleasant impressions of this hotel. Thanks!

We were in building A, a wonderful hotel, a very quiet street, courteous staff, clean huge rooms, laundry works very quickly, literally in an hour everything was washed and steamed for little money. We still lived in Muvenpik, it was not next to Grand Samarkand in terms of comfort and level of service. They also have a very cool patio, and there is also a track with an outdoor pool (but in April when we were there it did not work). I highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel with an original oriental interior. The rooms are huge, cozy, clean. Everything worked in the room. A hair dryer, all necessary accessories, even a toothbrush and razor, water are available. The maids are wonderful, polite, friendly. In general, the service is excellent. Delicious breakfasts. There is a patio, in the heat, it must be very pleasant to sit here. The hotel is worth the money. It's a long way to the sights, but taxis are so cheap that the distance from the center has advantages: very quiet. There are a lot of restaurants, a nightclub, a park nearby. I recommend it!

Wonderful hotel! I recommend it to everyone. Very clean, large rooms. Good and varied breakfasts. The hotel staff welcomes and takes care of you as a family person. Separately, I want to note that all the little things (dental beads, combs, shaving accessories) are present and of proper quality. Comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is good. A wonderful hotel. Cozy, colorful, original interior. We had a rest in late April- early May. Everything was on top. However, one unpleasant situation spoiled the impression of the hotel for the last time: we arrived in Samarkand early in the morning. We arrived at the hotel and replaced it in the room. And we left very early in the morning. Therefore, we asked that we be allowed to have breakfast on the day of arrival. They were refused and offered to have breakfast for $ 8 each, and upon departure they offered a lunch package for breakfast. We had breakfast for the money and went for a walk. Before leaving, we ordered a lunch package at the reception in the morning, which was not there in the morning. We were told that in the evening we had to be reminded additionally. Of course, this whole story is nonsense, but there was an unpleasant aftertaste. But I still recommend it to everyone for a comfortable stay

We lived about the hotel in the Bohadura building, 31. I really liked it. The hotel is cozy, designed in the national style. The room was cleaned every day, it was always clean. Plus there was a bathrobe and slippers. The windows in my room overlooked the courtyard (see photo). The breakfast buffet is quite continental, always with fresh fruits. The audibility in the rooms is certainly not ideal, but it didn't bother me much, although my room was next to the stairs. The only thing is, the wi-fi is not very stable. A couple of times it happened that a whatsapp call could not even be made, but the rest of the time there seemed to be no complaints. So I recommend it)
