Excellent hotel with attentive staff. Everything is clean, the breakfasts are decent, the receptionist is always helpful and will solve any issue. The rooms are spacious, but without balconies, there is a veranda inside the courtyard by the pool. The location is good, everything is within walking distance, although taxis are inexpensive. Keep it up !!! Thank you for the warm welcome!!! We will definitely come back here.

A very young hotel. The purest! The staff is helpful in everything, very friendly! They speak Russian. Only natural materials are used in the decoration of the hotel. The location of the hotel is super convenient: near 2 of the main streets of Bukhara, but the hotel is located in quiet courtyards behind large houses.

I give it my due, a good hotel, good repair, courteous staff, normal breakfasts. However, I want to point out why I stopped staying there. 1. Booking. I booked 3 rooms, the reservation was confirmed. Upon arrival at the hotel with colleagues, they said that only 2 rooms were available, because one guest decided to stay. They offered to put 2 colleagues together. This situation has happened twice. 2. I asked the young man at the front desk to order a taxi around the city. He called his friend and charged a triple fee, believing that I did not know the price level. When I pointed this out to him, he started coming up with ridiculous excuses. Taxi prices in the city are moderate, it's not a matter of money, but a matter of principle. Unpleasant. The opinion is subjective, if not for these episodes, the hotel deserves a good rating.

Everything is very nice and cozy, but there is absolutely no noise and sound insulation. Absolutely everything that happens in the neighboring rooms can be heard, even the speech is clearly audible. The front door is also not soundproof, you can hear everything from both sides. Terrible quality plumbing whistles so that it is impossible to fall asleep.

We enjoyed living here. Close to the sights. The rooms are not new, but they are clean. The breakfasts are quite good. The only thing is that porridge is always low (it ends quickly). I can't say anything about the pool. It didn't work. The staff is polite, they respond quickly to any requests - well done.

Our journey began with this hotel. Luxurious, large rooms in a three-storey building. Shower cubicle, toilet, refrigerator, Wi-fi, air conditioning, TV, safe. Breakfast is included. There is an on-site restaurant, you can order any dishes. The hotel has a swimming pool, a terrace with tables and sofas for relaxing. The staff is at the highest level. I recommend you to visit!!!
