A wonderful hotel! Very convenient location. Marmaray station is just ten steps away, five minutes to the tram, 10 minutes to Eminenyu. Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. We checked in earlier, had breakfast, and were allowed to leave later. The rooms are nice, comfortable, clean, good cleaning, comfortable mattresses, good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, spacious shower room with hammam). The breakfasts are good, a large selection of fresh products, omelets, French fries, sausages, everything else typical of a Turkish breakfast. Yes, there is an elevator! The Shok store is next door. I highly recommend this hotel!

At first, I didn't want to leave a review, but after a recent story, I decided to do it. I've stayed at this hotel twice and these are my impressions: - the only advantage is the location, but there are a lot of similar hotels nearby. - the rooms have been in need of repair for a long time, plaster is falling off the walls - the air conditioner was working every other time - the water is barely running in the bathroom - sound insulation is zero, the staff has been shouting in the corridors since 7 a.m. - the last time the Wi-Fi in the room did not work at all - the breakfasts are bad, the minimum of food And despite all this, when I came to Istanbul for a couple of days, I always stayed here, because very nice people work and it was possible to close my eyes to the shortcomings. But the hotel turned out to be very disloyal to regular guests. Due to family reasons, I had to cancel my trip to Istanbul and the hotel refused to refund the money, at least part of it, I was ready to pay the cancellation fee, but the hotel said no. Yes, it was a non-refundable tariff, but loyalty can always resolve any issues. And on my next visits, I would stay here again. But now I prefer to choose another hotel.

We were overpowered from the hotel, which also belongs to Marmara, I won't talk about that, everything was just not very clear, we were lucky it was on our arrival that the air conditioner broke, well, that's another story with everything. In Marmara, we were put in a room on the top floor, where you take the elevator to the 6th floor and take the stairs to the 7th through the entrance to Narnia (passage to the floor through a door not standard in height) you had to bend down into it, there was a protocol in the room at an incline, that is, you had to bend down to the bed in full height, there are dormer windows in the roofs that are sealed tightly and cannot be opened, on these windows there is a very old shelter from the shadow that crumbles on the curtains, it is good that the curtains are made in the form of a hammock and take the blow, seagulls fly in the morning and walk on these windows))), in general, the decoration of the room is well not very well, this is possible for me, it is noticeable since I am engaged in construction, constant problems with water, it is very difficult to set up hot water, you swim constantly with a surprise, this is what concerns the minuses there were still little things, well, it's not scary working moments. Positive: what I will call a plus is definitely not suitable for a 4-star hotel, in my personal opinion, the staff is responsive and always ready to help, any issues were resolved quickly, breakfasts are monotonous with a small assortment of dishes. I can recommend this hotel if you are going on a trip to Istanbul, and not a hotel vacation.
