Excellent service! A very old Dell laptop. We not only fixed the "repair" of the e-group company, but also made additional repairs. After more than a year, the breakdown happened again - it was fixed for FREE!!! I'm shooting a star for the fact that I accidentally forgot some of my documents (paper, in a folder) in the pocket of my laptop bag, so someone rummaged through them. How did I understand that? The documents were without a folder, and the folder itself was empty in the same pocket. Of course, it's my fault, but, guys, you either don't read other people's correspondence, or you better cover your tracks. Ugly, ugly.
