On the day of the visit, we arrived at the water park happy and with swimming trunks, but they wouldn't let us in with these tickets, they said that the barcodes were not read by their system and that we were not the first. They sent us home and told us to return the money in Receipts. I had to come here again and collect the money. At the same time, the Receipts said that the problem was not on their side, but with Lebyazhy. Maybe someone else can use the information. Although it is now clear that the Lebyazhy Receipts have already been removed from the site.

I emailed kvitki.by following all the rules about ticket refunds. They delayed and did not respond, and later they said that the refund was only through the ticket office, since they had no agreement with the organizer. And the organizer said that it was too late to take it. It feels like their scheme is to throw money. In general, 350 rubles flew into the trash. We will no longer use their services ourselves, and we do not recommend them to others. Scammers.🤬
