Thank you so much! Very clean, honest and hard working young man. I searched for plumbers/plumbing issues and found Tun Service. Called and spoke to a very nice receptionist and explained my plumbing issues. Excellent service!

Very bad customer service! Rude and unprofessional. The operator, Mariam, started yelling at me after I complained about their unacceptable practice of sending the professional who was working at my house to another client. How is that even allowed? The electrician was working on my case but left to buy necessary items (for the second time, by the way, because the first time he forgot to buy everything needed and didn’t calculate correctly). Meanwhile, Mariam called and said he was being sent to another client, and she couldn’t tell me when he would return to finish my case! Never use their services. Prices are extremely high, and the professionals are mediocre at best.

Regarding air conditioners, the company is more like a cleaning company. The prof is not engaged in maintenance. So, they can clean the internal unit. The staff is polite, but they charge exorbitantly for simple operations.

Disgusting service. It couldn't be worse. They don't talk about the cost of an obvious problem over the phone. The master comes and charges 3000 drams for the arrival without looking at the washing machine. Declares repairs that may not be available. And they charge 2 times more for work than anywhere else. In general, the service is as disgusting as possible. I do not advise anyone to contact this company.
