Nice new residential complex, with parking and public space on the grand floor. There is a swimming pool, but during our stay, it was closed for renovation. It's clean and beautiful. There are several elevators, you don't have to wait long. There is a pretty nice lake, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Awesome complex! The best in JLT There are 2 complexes in this cluster. For the resident and mbd royal. The Royal is almost finished. The only thing is, the management company is bad. But so often in Dubai. Hindus work through threats only.
