Good day and good mood to all! ☀️ Ostrovok ordered this hotel through the website, where my wishes for the hotel room were left, but, unfortunately, it was not fulfilled. Firstly, during my arrival at this hotel, no one was at the reception, no one got in touch for more than 1.5 hours. Although the staff was warned that I would have a meeting and arrive at the hotel at 8 p.m. I didn't like the room I ordered, it was very stuffy, there was no clean air and other disadvantages. I asked for an improved room, but my expectations were not met. There were many inconveniences and disadvantages in the room. I think that the price tags for the rooms are too high, the price - quality does not match. For several days there were problems with water, especially with hot water, sometimes there was simply no water. The Internet in the hotel was weak, there were frequent failures with Wi-Fi. My trip was not pleasant, I did not like anything. I couldn't extend my stay at this hotel and I can't say anything good about this hotel. I have bad memories of an early booking to this hotel, where I was unable to fly to Istanbul for a good reason. I reported this to the hotel, as well as to the Ostrovok company. My question has not been resolved. Unfortunately, the hotel did not behave in the best way. For this hotel, any force majeure circumstances are not grounds for a forced or partial refund of payment for the hotel. The only advantage of the hotel is a good location. This hotel is not willing to meet the guests, and the possibility of getting an upgrade is not considered. Our advice to all our tourists is that you can rent a good room for an adequate price a few meters from this hotel. I would like to wish them to see clearly and take into account the wishes of the hotel guests.

We took a room for the night to sleep before the plane. Everything would be fine and the room is normal and close to the subway, but... At night, at three o'clock, we, along with blankets and a mattress, were flooded with some liquid from the ceiling. Despite the fact that it didn't seem to rain. I couldn't get enough sleep. The receptionist said, I'm sorry, but you didn't find us at night. I don't know what they would have done or where to look for them. The reception desk was empty at night. Apart from the strange excuse, in a tone like it's your own fault, no compensation.

Don't move in there!!! There's a bedbug, all bitten 😞 Mold is everywhere! Turns off the water frequently! Pastel dirty, towels smelly 🤢 Another 12,000 rubles were stolen from a locked cell. You can see the lock is not broken, someone has spare keys, most likely the employees! I didn't call the police, let them choke! Don't see each other for a nice price! I hope the representatives of Yandex Travel will contact me. Or at least they will remove this Hostel/hotel from their unit!

We booked a room online. Where it says a room of 50 m2, but in fact about 17 m2. The photo shows a window and a door. We thought there was a balcony! In fact, it turned out to be a 1.5 by 1.5 mine with a height of 6-7 m with air conditioning inside from other rooms that were noisy all night! Ventilation does not work inside, it is stuffy almost like in a hammam, there is nothing to breathe, it is stuffy in the room. We took it off for 5 days, spent one night, but what a night! The money was not refunded for the remaining 4 days and no other room was offered. They said do what you want! A complete divorce! In the sequel, we contacted the tourist police! The money was returned, withheld for two nights!
