We bought a bracelet for mom's birthday on 06/03/2025 at the Golden Dream store (Mogilev). After a week of wearing, in a normal household situation (making the bed), the bracelet broke, one link was lost, the other was torn off. Also, the product has stretched and become longer than stated. As it turned out later, the bracelet is lightweight, but no one warned us about this, although we actively communicated with the seller when choosing it. The product was accepted under warranty, but 3 weeks later it was returned with the wording “mechanical damage”, the warranty was refused. As buyers, we were not informed that the product requires almost museum storage. Buying jewelry is not about admiring it through glass, but about wearing it. It is a pity that for our money we did not get joy, but an unpleasant experience. If you want to please yourself or your loved ones, avoid this network.
