I came to pick up the goods, was given out, paid, began to inspect, found defects (chipped edges) showed the seller, he spread his hands, asked to see another similar product, they said that they were all like that, and there was no other, a woman was sitting next to him, apparently the manager, looked and said that they were all like that, I asked what If you order it, when it arrives, she said no more. He began to inspect the goods further, and she also said to him, "what nonsense, first buy the goods and then inspect and return them, it was very unpleasant to hear such a boorish statement... This begs the question, why wasn't it suggested to inspect the product for defects first!? Upon arrival home, for the sake of interest, I ordered the same product, and voila, it turned out that it was there, apparently the employees just wanted to "merge" the defective product under the pretext that there was no more...Disgusting behavior from this woman (possibly the head of the pharmacy) and the lack of professionalism of the employee who stood at the checkout.. I will not come again, and I will not advise my friends to contact this pharmacy. As a result, I took the goods in order to please dissatisfied people, why I paid, and then I just started to look and identify the defect.
