The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is unusual and large. The main advantage of this hotel for me is the location in a good shopping center, saving time on travel. We stayed here for a day just for shopping at Deira city Centre. Then we moved to the sea. A small disadvantage is that even before the checkout (while we were at the mall), the plastic cards were turned off, and we had to contact the reception with a request to reset the card. They started offering to extend the room, which made me a little confused.

We stayed at this hotel from January 8 to January 14, 2025 and were very satisfied. The hotel is located right in the building of a large shopping center, going down to the 2nd floor you get to the shopping center. Near the metro station (red line). The hotel has comfortable rooms, decent food and room service. On our next trip to Dubai, we will definitely stop there. There is a suggestion, namely to add an accordion between the hallway and the bathroom, but otherwise everything is FINE.
