I agree with the previous visitors of this printing center. One star is an undeservedly high rating for this institution. Elena demonstrated absolute professional incompetence - she ignored the technical requirements, and responded to requests and attempts to explain something by rolling her eyes. Bottom line: forty minutes of life are wasted, the result is zero. The quality of service here isn't just low — it's boorish. Save your time, nerves and money.
