The Déjà Vu cafe in Baku turned out to be small, but so cozy that it feels like you've come to visit an old friend who loves books, flowers, and amazing coffee. Live plants create an atmosphere, and shelves with Russian classics and modern authors make you want to grab a cup of espresso and hang out with a volume of Dovlatov. The barista waiter, although not the most talkative in either Russian or English, compensates for this with lightning quick wit—as soon as he realizes that the dialogue has reached an impasse, he immediately gets an interpreter. As a result, everyone is satisfied, no one was left without coffee. And the coffee, by the way, is great. But the main character of the evening was San Sebastian with a poppy — it's just something incredible! It's so tender that it feels like it's melting in your mouth even before you taste it. We ended up sitting on the second floor, where it was especially cozy. A great place to hide from the hustle and bustle, enjoy dessert and read something clever (or just flip through a book pretending to read).

A good selection of coffee drinks. Delicious desserts, many of which are sugar-free (which is important for many nowadays). The coffee shop has two floors, so there is plenty of space.

Cozy, but stylish) I was especially pleased with the presence of the second floor, the far left room is especially good. We took lemonade from kiwi, it refreshes. Thanks to this institution for the service and comfort. When we get to Baku, we'll stop by again.

Ice latte and ice cappuccino turned out delicious, you can feel the syrup, you didn't regret it. A large coffee menu, syrups are also a good choice. The prices are normal for a coffee shop. In July 2025, the order was paid for with a Russian card with the QR code m10 through the Sber application (pronounced "cu-ar em-on"). The barista inserted two takeaway glasses into a special stand.
