I really liked the hotel. We checked into a spacious room with a gorgeous view ahead of time. The staff is very responsive and friendly, any issue was resolved instantly. Buffet breakfasts. Juices, fruits, porridge, pastries, etc. Varied and delicious. A la carte dinners, where the portions are simply gigantic) scheduled transfer takes you every 30 minutes to the private beach of Riva on the island of Palma. The manager, Mohammed, is accommodating in everything to make the guests feel comfortable. We checked out at 13.30 at no extra charge and went to lunch, although it was not included with us, thank you so much for the good service!

A lovely hotel in a very peaceful (compared to the neighboring Marina) area of JLT. We were given a gorgeous room with panoramic views from every room and bathroom to the lake and skyscrapers. Excellent, very helpful staff, delicious and varied food. Set-menu dinner in the sports bar with live music, buffet breakfast. They take you from the hotel to the beach on Palm Jumeirah - a rarity for Dubai hotels. In general, everything went great, we'll come back again. Special thanks to Helen and Zipporah from the reception!
