We ordered a Bono ottoman with a lifting mechanism from ORMATEK. When it came to operating the laundry box, we were in for a huge disappointment. It turned out that the bottom (plywood sheets) is not attached to the frame in any way and has no supports — it is simply placed directly on the floor inside the bed. I think this is an extremely unfortunate and cheap solution for an ottoman for such a considerable amount. As a result, things do not lie in an insulated box, but actually on the floor, collecting all the household dust. If you have expensive parquet or laminate flooring, keep in mind that the plywood sheets are not fixed, they can creep and scratch the coating every time the mechanism is opened. The manager at the salon did not warn about this feature of the "technology" when placing an order, and this ottoman was not on the exhibition sample. We are very disappointed with this approach to furniture design. It's amazing that the company is willing to sacrifice its image and customer trust because of such penny savings on details.

As a result, we received several pieces of chipboard, without a steel frame, lamellas and in addition with a missing hardware package! .. they showed a normal ordinary bed in the salon, but they brought the hell out. The assembler said that he had previously assembled such beds with slats and a frame and a niche inside. To give 37 thousand for a couple of pieces of chipboard is a dilution, unworthy of a company like Ormatek. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM
