This is the first time I've encountered this, since usually all chain stores (Mila, Buslik, FixPrice) accept their discount cards at any store in the Republic of Belarus. But this is more of a complaint to the management who came up with such a system that infringes on the rights of the buyer. The seller informed me of this information in such a tone, as if I was personally asking for a discount from her pocket, after my logical surprise at the strange rules of their network, she began to tell me that Bilita Vitex stores open also under a franchise, therefore such rules. Of course, there was no pleasant tone, smile, or other "buns" inherent in good service in this store.
