A visit to this store left an unpleasant impression. Having a discount card for a 5% discount at the checkout, it turned out that you can use it only in the city in which it was sold, and not across the entire network of stores in the country. This is the first time I've encountered this, since usually all chain stores (Mila, Buslik, FixPrice) accept their discount cards at any store in the Republic of Belarus. But this is more of a complaint to the management who came up with such a system that infringes on the rights of the buyer. The seller informed me of this information in such a tone, as if I was personally asking for a discount from her pocket, after my logical surprise at the strange rules of their network, she began to tell me that Bilita Vitex stores open also under a franchise, therefore such rules. Of course, there was no pleasant tone, smile, or other "buns" inherent in good service in this store. I ask you to draw the store's management to your salesmen and teach them the manners and rules of good taste and at least respect for the customer, not to mention pre-sales at the checkout.
