A cozy hotel, clean rooms (we had a room with a large balcony), a wonderful location - in the center, but not on a noisy street, but in the courtyard. There are many shops and cafes nearby. Excellent breakfasts, you can always find dishes to your liking. Very hospitable and respectful staff.

Good location of the hotel, helpful reception staff. That's where the advantages end. The rooms are very poorly cleaned. They mostly change towels, but sometimes they forget. The robe was one for both of them, washed and dilapidated. Very uncomfortable hard mattresses, creaky beds. Breakfasts are not rich: liquid porridge, fried chicken legs and potatoes, something like pilaf, cold scrambled eggs, sliced vegetables, marinades, pickles. Instant coffee, the coffee machine wasn't working. The hotel is no more than 3 stars.

the location is convenient, but the noise of the cars is not very audible.4 stars, but the air conditioner doesn't work, they said we need to call somewhere.tea, soap and shampoo in the room are welcome, that is, for once.the soap was thrown out altogether and no new one was put in.They took out the trash, but they weren't going to vacuum it.the dirty towel was removed, but I had to ask for a clean one (and even then so that they wouldn't be accused of theft later).When I left for a few days, I asked for a lunch box, no one knew anything about the return(and they recorded it in front of my eyes).it looks great, but these little things are clearly not for 4 stars.The breakfasts were good, the taxi was called to leave, the Wi-Fi was weak and my app was hanging.in general, the price would have been fine, but the savings on tea and soap, and the offer to call someone with condee, dropped prestige into the trash.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not pull for 4 *. I had a reservation for 2 adults and a child under two years old. As a result, they did not find my reserve with my wishes when checking in. The three of us slept in the same bed for three days. On the downside: there's a terrible stench of dampness in the tub, and water is leaking from under the tub. Uneven floor in the room, dirty, greasy carpet. The kettle did not work as it should, there was no safe initially - upon request, it was delivered a few days later. The room has a sunny side - we could hang black out curtains. Poor breakfasts in the Swedish line format. There is nothing provided for children. A few days later, we were provided with a baby cot with the words: "Specially bought for you." And the icing on the cake: when we moved in, the sheets on the bed were darned! By the way, the tourist fee is charged here at the check-out! Be prepared for this. It was not possible to see what the pool looked like - it was constantly occupied by someone. The location of the hotel is not bad, but next time we will choose a different option.
