I recommend. Book bakery! Really, everything is from a Russian stove, on firewood. Plus an infusion of rosehip, steamed in a Russian oven, kvass and much more. I take kvass for okroshka exclusively here.

Very high-quality bread made from Old Russian sourdough on coarse bran, without yeast, sugar, moths, and various thickeners and stabilizers. If you want to keep your weight in shape, you can't find better bread. Eat at least from the belly, it doesn't make you fat.
