Do not buy tickets by card! On March 26, 2025, I bought a ticket for the 18:30 session. When we got to our entrance time, we were told that the wheel was closed. Change your tickets to another time or make a refund! I bought the tickets at the ticket office through the terminal and paid with a Dubai bank card. The administrator said write a letter about the refund to the official mail. I couldn't change it to another date, because I flew to Moscow the next morning! In response to my letter, they promised to return it within 15-20 business days. Today is already the 46th working day when I wrote the letter, the money was not returned!!! And I think they won't return it! All the details and photos of the receipts have been provided, I only receive unsubscriptions- that we are considering your message! One upset, I didn't expect such an attitude in Dubai, where there are strict rules and fines!!!! Not only did the children not get to the session, but you can also say that the money was stolen!

The building is impressive in its scale. A full turnaround takes about half an hour, and the cabin is spacious and comfortable.
