My first impression upon walking in was that the establishment was very clean, which is what you want for a massage parlor. The massage itself was 90 minutes and the masseuse was well practiced in picking up on which muscles were more sensitive or required extra work. Overall I walked out of there much more relaxed and convinced I'll need to go there again.

The place is very pleasant, clean, stylish and atmospheric. I went for an hour-long oil massage. The masseuse was from Indonesia. The massage was pleasant, but for me, it was very weak. But I think I should have told her that. I recommend the place.

My worst experience in Astana!!! It was recommended to me as the best SPA with Thai massages In Astana... I hope this was just a joke! I have booked 120min. "ТАЙСКИЙ КОРОЛЬ" and 60 min. "Thai Foot-momage" I can only say that the staff in the SPA of Thai massages have no idea, or at most have learned that via Youtube! The "hamam" in the SPA has no resemblance to hamam. The "sauna" is just a steam cabin with much too hot steam. I like to go to the sauna and can withstand heat, in the cabin I could withstand a maximum of 3 minutes. Right after that, I was (without soap) rubbed dry with a glove, which is called "pieling" for them. After almost getting burns in the "sauna" very painful. With massage, the promise of pure relaxation.. I mostly just felt pain. I had only 5 minutes of relaxation with a head massage. Otherwise, really just pain. A massage should hurt pleasantly. But if you only feel pain for almost three hours, this is more comparable to mistreatment. Finally, tea ceremonies where you should relax... Cabins that are separated only with a curtain, should be cell phone free zone! But if someone next to you first looks at tiktok and then starts talking on the phone, you can't relax there either! And last but not least, I had to pay more than it is written for those on the website, the offers or discounts for morning appointments that are also on websites were not applied either (I didn't say anything). Of course, the service works on the website have as an excuse for price differences. By the way, this is a very common scam in Kazakhstan! So would not even recommend the store to my enemy!!!
