This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, on a business trip. Our Junior Suite room is spacious enough, the air conditioning works without interruption. The hotel is located more in an industrial area, because there are many factories and enterprises nearby. The hotel staff is always smiling and polite) They respond quickly to requests and wishes. The rooms are cleaned every day, very nice women) There is water, coffee and tea in the rooms. The hotel is not big, so the elevators are never overloaded, and there are always enough empty seats in the restaurant. The restaurant's menu is quite modest, but you can find delicious dishes, and we also liked the pizza. But if you don't know any dishes, it's better to look at the name on the Internet, there will be a photo and description. I understood from my own experience)) For a change, there are various restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel has a small gym, a swimming pool and a sauna. There is also a laundry room where hotel guests, if desired, can wash and dry their clothes in the dryer themselves. For those who do not want to strain themselves, you can take things to the dry cleaners) And in conclusion, I would like to mention one of the employees of the hotel, his name is Hussein. A very pleasant person, shines with sincere benevolence) does his job perfectly, and also makes delicious Turkish coffee!)

I liked everything in the hotel itself, but I asked to call a taxi, the reception was called by a Seker taxi taxi. I asked that the payment be made by card and there was a receipt. be careful, uh, without a counter, I showed the driver the address, but during the trip I turned on the route map, and the driver began to lengthen the road, I tell him where you're going, why you're turning the wrong way, and so on. to which he pretended that he made a mistake with the name, in the end they just say the amount is unrealistic. I didn't argue, because the company promised to compensate for taxi costs, but it's better to avoid them, either negotiate the price right away, or call an online taxi like Uber or Bitaxi. After the trip, he presented to the hotel manager why the hotel was calling questionable taxis that were deceiving customers, the hotel called the taxi service, asked for an explanation, but the taxi was ignored, they explained that the price was normal 2000 ($ 50)The lira is 18 km away, this is not normal.
