The sanatorium is located in an ecologically clean area, near mountains and coniferous forests. The air here is incredibly fresh and literally "delicious", and the silence and tranquility create a feeling of complete solitude and reboot. The territory is well maintained, green and spacious — it is pleasant to walk at any time of the day. There are comfortable recreation areas, alleys where you can walk slowly, as well as places where you can sit and enjoy the views of nature. The rooms in the sanatorium are comfortable and clean, there is everything necessary for living. The service is at a good level: the staff is polite, attentive and always ready to help, which creates a feeling of care and comfort. Separately, I would like to mention medical procedures and wellness programs. Everything is organized competently, the equipment is modern, and the specialists really know their job. After a few days of stay, there is a noticeable improvement in well-being. The food is varied and delicious, the dishes are prepared taking into account the wellness format, but at the same time they remain satisfying and pleasant to the taste. Overall, Zaamin is a great place to relax and recover. Here you can not only improve your health, but also mentally relax, gain strength and simply enjoy harmony with nature. I definitely want to come back again.

A real Uzbek Switzerland! We got a little tired of the architecture of mosques, madrassas and mausoleums and decided to go to the mountains one day, we didn't regret it for a second! The scenic route from Samarkand runs along poppy fields, fruit trees and agricultural buildings, cows cross the road, sheep graze along the roadsides. The view of the snowy mountains is breathtaking. And you can eat the air here with spoons! A suspension bridge with transparent inserts is not scary at all, by the way, a zip line, a view restaurant and a cable car that descends and rises at an angle of 90% in one place is scary. On the way back, you can stop at a picturesque lake. A place that is definitely worth a visit! Out of the oddities: you pay at the entrance from each person, you pay for passage on the bridge, for passage on the funicular, you leave money in the restaurant, but THAT's IT! (at the restaurant, at the cable car) the toilets are paid with hand paper at the exit.

I spent a wonderful 4 days here! We stayed at the Wyndham Garden Hotel — everything was on the level. The weather is just magical: it's warm and pleasant during the day, but it gets very cold in the evening and at night, so be sure to bring warm clothes with you. This place is ideal for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and want some quiet. There's not much entertainment here, but it's perfect for a family holiday: lots of kids, grandparents. Young people appear mostly on weekends — that's when the real fun begins!

A couple of days ago we returned from an incredible trip to Zaamin, and I want to share my impressions! Our driver was Davlat, who not only drove professionally, but also became a true friend throughout the trip. On the way to the Zaamin National Nature Park, we made several photo stops, and each of them was a real discovery. Landscapes fascinate with their beauty — mountains, fields create an atmosphere of real solitude with nature. Davlat was always ready to help with the photos, and thanks to him we have wonderful memories in the pictures. One of the highlights of the trip was horseback riding. It was incredibly exciting! We enjoyed the fresh air and the beauty of the surrounding scenery, and the horses were very friendly and calm. A 305-meter-long suspension bridge was waiting for us in Zaamin. Walking through it was a real adrenaline rush! The view from the bridge is simply breathtaking — the mountains around, the river below and the feeling of lightness when you are at a height. But the most memorable moment was the rope jump from a height of 100 meters! It was an incredible feeling of freedom and excitement. I will never forget that moment when my heart freezes, and then it fills with joy and delight. Overall, the trip to Zaamin was unforgettable due to the beautiful scenery, active adventures and, of course, the professionalism and goodwill of our driver Davlat. We were on an excursion to Zaamin when we were vacationing in Samarkand! It's hard to even call it a tour to order, it felt like we were greeted as personal guests or friends, lived with us all day, surrounded us with care and attention. Sherzod picked us up from the hotel in a clean, comfortable car, there was water, chewing gum, tic tac, napkins. We got not only an excursion to Zaamin, but also other interesting stories about life and history in Uzbekistan. The ride itself is simply amazing! Very beautiful. Nice hotel. But for some reason, our entertainment only worked until 9 pm. People were having fun in other neighboring buildings, but we have peace and quiet. We were a team on June 17th. The guide from the company who was supposed to take us to the mountains was not even local and we were hardly allowed out of the territory because of the construction site. But the hotel is clean, with a beautiful view. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are varied
