The pressure is weak. 3) there is no yard, there is a dump of construction materials, for which builders go to the toilet. 4) the construction site is not fenced and children can go there. 5) our services cost a lot of money! 250tg/sq.m for an economy segment house is a catastrophic amount! 6) there is no really ksk and axis. The former chairman says that he gave up his powers, the new one says that he did not accept it for half a year. You pay money for nothing. No one needs anything. The money most likely goes to the developer through the "AXES" 7) The sewerage system is made so that if an object gets there that should not be there, then a pump flies, which is changed at the expense of the tenants, but since the tenants change, and the residents themselves do not always monitor what flies into the toilet, then everyone suffers. In general, they saved on everything and performed crooked-handed. I rent here, but in my life I would not buy an apartment in this house, even for rent!
