Everything is fine! The hotel itself, its location! There are all cafes nearby, and at the same time the lake is just around the corner, all life is boiling there! The only thing that I didn't like was the kitchen at the hotel , the waiters are not efficient , breakfast is not something else , but the rest is not that it is not possible to eat , but for such a price tag it's just ridiculous, the kebab was served without even asking in vinegar all the meat cuts the eyes , it just ruined the dish, then they ate elsewhere!

The hotel is located next to a lake. The homeland is a 2-minute walk away. There are many cafes nearby. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are not bad. We didn't visit the restaurant in the evening. The only drawback is that the audibility from the neighboring rooms is absolute, but it didn't bother us much.

We rested at this hotel, we liked everything cleanly cleaning the rooms and on the floor every day,the breakfasts are excellent, delicious, there is a barbecue and a tent in the courtyard where you can eat your own food, the heat was 40 of the cons there are no condors, it does not blow, there is no air in the rooms at all, the night is just hell. The staff is all friendly, responsive, they did not refuse any requests, check-out was at 12, they allowed us to leave the car while we still stayed until the evening at the lake. There are rooms on the territory of a very cheap 8 t tenge per day, there are beds and curbstones only, to spend the night, toilets and showers on the streets are provided. Going out to the lake is a huge plus, I woke up and went in a 50 m swimsuit, not languishing in the streets in the heat.. Maybe it will be useful for someone to let them into Borovoye for free, but the departure is 375 tenge per person, if they try to walk and the driver only passes, they also demand payment, say boldly that you went for a walk outside the territory (they asked us which hotel we were from and missed) the hotel is next to the entrance from the checkpoint. In front of the hotel, by the way, the most budget store has meat pickling coal, well, all the products you need, at the cheapest prices. Everything was fine, especially since I have a reservation through Booking with a discount. A standard breakfast is included, everything is very tasty, homemade. There is a barbecue area, we took coal with us. There is a shop opposite, there is always pickled meat on sale there.There were two times, the rooms/bed are clean. The curtains are tight, we had a good night's sleep. Toilet, shared shower. Polite admin.You can take their hair dryer, kettle, dishes in the dining room. The first coast, everything is available.There is a sauna, but we did not use it (by the way, you can only pay for it in cash, Caspi does not accept it).

A budget option for a comfortable stay! Clean rooms, courteous staff, convenient location. A very big disadvantage is the lack of air conditioning. An open window does not save, besides, at night and especially in the morning it is very noisy because of passing cars. I didn't like the cuisine in the restaurant, it was too salty and not tasty. The breakfasts are good and the kebabs are not bad!

I really liked it. The breakfasts are without frills, but delicious. Everything is clean and tidy. Polite staff. Parking, gazebos, barbecue area, wood-burning sauna - everything is located right in the yard. After the bathhouse, you can plunge into the lake, although you will need to walk 70 meters.

It was not the first time we rested here, but honestly we were very disappointed. Previously, we stayed in an economy room, then in a junior suite, but this time we decided to choose a family suite and in vain.
Pros: excellent location (in a 5-minute protected area).
Minuses:
1. The terrible sound insulation of the room (audibility as if people were sitting next to each other and talking, sneezing and doing other things) - it was very annoying.
2. Breakfast starts at 9.00 (although as a rule they should start at 7.00), that is, morning excursions had to be abandoned. Someone may say, "well, skip it and go to the cafe," but you'll excuse me - after paying for the suite and still going to have breakfast in the cafe ...
3. In the middle of the day, another family tried to move into the room (yes, they were mistaken - but this is an omission of the administrative staff who are engaged in the settlement).
4. Paid pool, 3000 per person, even for hotel guests, so it is always empty (for three days of stay, one teenager swam in it and that's it).

To say that I am not happy is not to say anything!!!There is not even a single bottle of drinking water in the Suites!!!There are no air conditioners!The water in the shower is not regulated, then hot, then cold, then it stops running at all!There is no playground!The sandbox is filled with coal dust with beach sand!Children after the sandbox are like black stokers!The bathhouse is heated with rubber,the stench is all over the territory,they are heated around the clock,lumps of burnt rubber are flying in the air, all clothes can not be washed, immediately thrown out!The barbecue area is not equipped, we washed the dishes in the shower!Everything is dirty, sticky, there is also coal dust under your feet!!!!fufufu!The beach is rocky, you can kill yourself!The place is extremely unpleasant!I will attach a photo of a horse the only entertainment for children (((((.The hotel does not pull even 2 stars!put away your luxury momera and do everything economically, maybe then you will correspond to reality, otherwise you pay for a candy, but there is nothing inside.

Nice, clean, more family friendly hotel. The cuisine is delicious, the staff is excellent, the sauna is on site. Barbecue area, its own access to the forest and lake. A children's playroom. In the summer there was a swimming pool outside. The cafe has its own, but we liked the tapchan more. Recommend.

Of the advantages, it is the most budget accommodation option in Borovoye. a room for two for 13,500 tenge (this is about 2500 rubles). Breakfast is included - very simple - porridge, eggs, bread, butter, jam, tea/coffee, but they are there! The most budget restaurant in the district - on average prices are 100-300 tenge cheaper than in restaurants nearby - the food is delicious. The staff is sooo nice and helpful! The rooms are clean, everything you need is there. A kettle can be taken at the reception, as well as baklashki with water. There is a grocery store nearby.
Among the disadvantages are the facilities on the floor and a toilet and a shower (this is possible when choosing budget accommodation, I do not know if there is a toilet in the luxury rooms), while there is periodically no water in the shower, at least on the 3rd floor. The main disadvantage is that there is a night disco nearby. The music is heard so loud, as if it is playing in the yard. It is simply impossible to sleep in rooms with windows facing the courtyard, especially with the window open. On our arrival, it was plus 35 outside, so the window was opened, otherwise there is nothing to breathe in the room. Choose rooms with windows facing the street, not the courtyard!!! Well, something has to be solved with the disco. There is a resort area here and why vacationers listen to decebels at night instead of birdsong is unclear.

I didn't live in the rooms (it seemed a bit expensive to me).
I ate in the restaurant both in 2022 and in 2023, the portions were good, everything was delicious (only I didn't like fried potatoes and solyanka - it's probably a matter of taste) .
Both children and adults ate and everyone liked it.

Great location of the hotel! Pleasant prices, delicious food in the restaurant, comfortable beds, pleasant bedding, there is a children's room (albeit small, but next to the restaurant and with its own bathroom), a barbecue area and a swing in the courtyard. A grid is provided! There is a sauna on site. Parking cars in the yard is very convenient for car travelers!

The best hotel in Borovoye! The staff is always friendly, everything is clean and tidy. A wonderful cafe on the ground floor, they cook very tasty, the portions are huge. The territory goes directly to the lake, there are places where people swim, but not a very convenient shore. The sauna is wonderful. We had a rest with the children, everyone is delighted!
