I enrolled in logistics courses at Leader, as I was increasingly faced with transportation and supply issues. I wanted to understand the processes more deeply, rather than acting at random. During the training, supply chains, documents, interaction with carriers, and typical mistakes were analyzed in detail. I liked that the material is presented using examples from real practice, without unnecessary theory. The logistics courses helped to systematize knowledge and better understand work processes.

Our organization has decided to "expand its borders" in the literal and figurative sense, namely to open a Travel Agency... But no matter how simple and straightforward tourism may seem to us, it turned out that sending tourists on a trip is not so easy! And we asked for help at the Leader educational center, where I met Svetlana, a teacher) The course I took is called "Tourism Manager". Svetlana is a professional in her field, with extensive experience in the field of tourism. And I am from a person who knows about travel only from my experience of holidays abroad, I have become a manager who is able to choose an interesting and high-quality tour and send a tourist on a trip so that the rest meets his expectations and even better! Svetlana told me about the many subtleties and nuances of working with tour operators and tourists, as well as shared her experience in this field. Svetlana not only helped me become a travel manager, but also competently organized the activities of the newly opened Travel Agency! Almost all the information has been duplicated in the text version, so I can return to the lectures at any time. Some information constantly helps me when working with tourists, such as country specifics.
