I had a rest with my daughter from December 6 to December 13. Half-board meals. We flew by Aeroflot precisely on time. Arrival and departure from Dubai. The transfer to the hotel took about 3 hours, as the couple was transported to a neighboring emirate, and they were already on their way to the airport in 1 hour and 40 minutes. The weather is gorgeous: daytime +26+29, evening +20+22, sea +25 The furniture in the room is a little old, but that didn't bother us. The plumbing worked perfectly. Towels were changed, water was constantly reported. Beautiful view of the golf course, birds singing, beauty. There was no smell of sewage!!! I sniffed all the days and didn't feel anything, as they wrote in other reviews. I liked the food, the choice of dishes is not super much, but everything is delicious. No queues were observed from the word at all! There were tables available at any time. The tables were cleaned quickly, the staff was polite. Disposable paper and plastic cups with a large volume, you can pour a double portion of juice and coffee, which are very tasty and natural in this hotel. Nuts, dates, and fruits were taken to the room in these cups. Almost every evening there is live music during dinner. There have been 9 times in the Emirates already and there is something to compare it with. The sea is gorgeous, excellent access, the sun beds were free at any time, if not closer to the sea, but a little further away. Sand with a small crushed shell. When entering the sea, the purest, most delicate sand. They went to the sea more often by car, they even take one person if no one else came up. Walk on foot for 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. We went to the shopping center every day, which is 10-15 minutes on foot. There is a huge selection of hot second courses, salads and fresh pastries. It is very affordable, about 100g -100 rub. Large portion of lasagna for two 400g ~450 rub If you want a relaxing holiday by the cleanest sea with good food, then I can definitely recommend this hotel.

If a golf cart is coming, it will always pick up. The beach is clean, the sea is clear, and there are plenty of sun beds. Any domestic problems are quickly solved when contacting the reception. We stayed at the hotel in early November, and we had positive impressions. We read a lot of negative reviews before the trip, but most of them didn't come true for us. Let's start with the check-in: we arrived in the morning, we were greeted very kindly and took into account the wishes of the room (they asked for a view of the golf course), we were checked in at three o'clock, and before that time we were relaxing by the pool. We got a nice room with a spacious balcony and a wide double bed made up of two single beds. We cleaned every day, we hung up a sign asking for cleaning, we refused a couple of times, we only asked for water (they give 0.5 bottles per person every day + you can take a liter bottle in the dining room). The biggest concerns were about the restaurant, but it wasn't that scary. Yes, the staff really does not have time to clean the tables and will not wash the floor at the moment, if someone spills something, this is a minus. But if we wanted to sit at a specific table, we asked to tidy up and bring the appliances and water with glasses - everything was done quickly. The food was very varied, and the dishes were almost never repeated. Everything was quite tasty: salads, snacks, soft cheese, freshly baked bread, meat (chicken in various variations and beef - very soft, by the way), fish, side dishes, fruits and desserts (especially cheesecake). Good coffee from the vending machines, and at the bar we had a coke/sprite and juice from a bag of mango. We didn't try alcohol, as we had a breakfast-dinner tariff, but it's good that they give us beer in cans. We didn't find any queues as such. Perhaps it's because we didn't arrive at the beginning, but about half an hour later, and we always found a table inside or outside (live music in the evening, and mini-performances on weekends). As it is, people start lining up about 15 minutes before dinner. Also from observations, glasses and cups run out about an hour after the start of a meal, then only paper cups remain. The hotel has a decent-sized and well-maintained territory, flowering shrubs and trees all around, there is even a kind of rock garden, many shaded areas, and a beautiful view of the golf course. You can get to the beach by buggy in a couple of minutes or walk in 7-10 minutes. The road is very pleasant and calm, through the hotel of our chain Residence. Birds are singing, green parrots are flying. The beach itself is gorgeous - of course, this is an advantage of the hotel. It is very spacious, lots of sun beds and umbrellas with a normal distance from each other, white sand with beautiful shells, the Persian Gulf is warm, the water is azure. The only thing that bothered us was the situation with the sun beds. We have repeatedly observed how vacationers come at 10-11 a.m. and do not occupy empty seats in the last rows, but place sun loungers at the feet of other vacationers, taking up the shade from their umbrella. Therefore, if you prefer to lie under an umbrella for two or three people without neighbors, it is better to occupy seats further than 3-4 rows, which are not so attractive to some late risers who tend to the front rows, forgetting about personal space. I think this is a feature of the high season. There is also a cool boardwalk with benches on the way to the beach, and you can walk to the neighboring hotels. As for the sea, it was clean almost all the days, fish swam, even a starfish and a stingray were seen. Once, debris washed ashore and there was foam, most likely from a construction site. During the period of our stay, there was a sandstorm (it was felt only visually, like fog) and the very smell, the origin of which is still unknown (they say it's either emissions from factories or a sewage problem), but it's definitely not related to the hotel, it's a problem in this part of Ras al Khaimah. Yes, it's not very pleasant, it resembles fertilizers, but we tried not to focus on it and eventually even got used to it, it didn't spoil the rest. Moreover, since 10 a.m. the air was already fresh and sea-like. One of the advantages of the hotel is the opportunity to swim in three pools, on the territory of the Residence and the Village, where you can also have a good time. I also wanted to mention the staff - everyone was polite, they solved issues quickly, some spoke a little Russian, they took care of us when we were evicted, when there were problems with the transfer. We took the tour from the guys who are sitting at the entrance to the beach in the Residence, on the whole we were satisfied, we managed to save money. There is nowhere to walk near the hotel, but there is a large shopping center within a 10-minute walk where you can exchange money, buy chocolates, souvenirs and anything else your heart desires) P.S. The hotel has a strange feature that I consider important to warn you about. There are windows with pink stickers in the bathroom, so it's better not to take a shower in front of them in the evening, because your silhouette will be visible from the outside.… Instead of a conclusion, there is beauty in the eyes of the beholder. If you go with a positive attitude, do not play the game of revizorro, looking for dirt and dust, and remember the value for money in this hotel, then everything will be great!

I was with my friends on New Year's Eve. Great hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were 3 people and we had a 2-room suite. Each room has a TV with Russian channels. Spacious bathroom. The food is very decent. There is everything: chicken, fish, beef. Alcohol is imported and of high quality. The staff was especially pleasantly surprised. Everyone is so warm-hearted and hospitable! Room with a balcony overlooking the golf course and a small pond. The room has a large double bed, bedside tables, a table, a mirror, a wardrobe, a large TV and a refrigerator. Two table lamps illuminate the room- of course, there is not enough light for us, but this is often observed. The bathroom has a bathtub, a mirror, a toilet and a bidet. Shower gel, shampoo with conditioner, body lotion and liquid soap are available. New toothbrushes and pastes, and a disposable razor when you move in. One towel for the face, two bath towels and one for the feet. Bathrobes are provided on request. It's all clean but quite old, with a grayish tint. There is no breakfast on the day of arrival. All inclusive starts at 12 o'clock. There were no queues in the restaurant, there were enough dishes. Tea and coffee in disposable dishes, but it didn't bother us. Sometimes they didn't have time to put the appliances on the tables, but they provided them on demand. For lunch and dinner, there is a 1.5 liter bottle of water on the table. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served at the bar. There is no wide variety of dishes, but everything we tried was delicious. True, there were days when they gave beef, but it was tough (it was the meat and not the tongue), the tongue was delicious. Vegetables, fruits watermelon, melon, oranges, grapefruit, pineapple. The food is generally normal, you can find what you like, but not very diverse, and delicious only sometimes, mostly they cook tough beef and chicken in different sauces, fish, sometimes very bony fish (very dangerous, by the way, I do not recommend it, there was almost an insurance case), but everything is edible. Coffee from coffee machines is quite good, it's nice that there are a lot of drinks for dinner (we took breakfasts and dinners): juices, water, tea, coffee. The canteen staff are trying their best, it's obvious, the tables are cleaned quickly for dinner, the dishes are clean, the appliances are polished to a shine straight. The beach is nice and big, but the seashell is sharp, it would be better to take aquasocks. Towels are given out by the hotel pool, through which we go to the beach, the lifeguard always carefully watches the swimmers on the beach, right from dawn. You can get from the beach and to the beach from the hotel by an open car, they bring you right to the door of the room, very convenient. The only serious disadvantage: terrible chemical odors at night and in the morning, apparently there are harmful industries nearby.

The next surprise, the queues at the canteen, it's hard to call it a restaurant. Yes, the staff is friendly, they try, but at the same time, for example, a table for four, the two of us are sitting eating and a girl from the staff comes in, sprays something from a bottle on the edge of the table where there is no one and wipes it with a rag that is not fresh. We could have done it when we ate. In general, if you come to the dining room at the end, then there are no queues anymore, but there is no food either)) The beach is gorgeous, the water is like fresh milk, it was windy and waves in the afternoon, it's great to jump on them. You can use the five of the same network, the pool and walk around the territory. Check-out is strictly at 12:00, you can extend the room for an additional fee, but we were refused because there was a very large influx of vacationers. In general, the hotel is not bad, for a quiet and relaxing stay, but you still need to take into account the noise from the air conditioners and the queue in the dining room.

We chose the hotel carefully - and we were not mistaken! A great location for the curious and proactive. The room is a comfortable size for two, the bathroom is very spacious, with a bidet (but the soap is only liquid). Be sure to go to the 2nd floor with a balcony! The townhouse-style hotel is a beautiful street of a string of villas. The high-rise in the photo is Residence 5*, and the low buildings along the pool are just the beginning of the street. It's authentic and there's always a shadow. And the greenery is planted! Golf courses are very decorated with a riot of greenery and vines. They are irrigated several times. once a day. There is a lake with herons and ducks to admire on the way to the sea. The pool area is spacious and cozy, surrounded by palm trees, not small. But most of them go to the sea and to the pools of the main Residence hotel after 350 m (or they drive a free electric car with 8 seats, they often take them back and forth). Everything except the restaurant can be used there: pools, bars, beach, towels, sports equipment. And after a hearty meal, it's just a joy to move around, burn calories. The beach and towels are from 7.00, it is wide (250 meters deep and spacious, without edges in width). The area with sun beds is large, but it disappears into the vastness. It is customary to occupy deck chairs, but the sun moves quickly. And there is a rotation. And after lunch it's generally free, although the sun is milder on the contrary. At 17.20 he sits down behind the bulk island. The sea is open!!! Unlike the guests of bulk island (Rixos, Hilton, Movenpeak, ROVE), you do NOT have to swim in a warm, non-flowing puddle. The sea must be endless!!! It was practically wave-free until noon, and it never got my head wet. Along the beach from the Residence, past all the hotels, there is a promenade - a tiled path with bushes, grasses, trees, and lighting - there are no borders between the hotels, you can walk past the Sofitel in the evening, etc. and exit through the Carlton lobby directly to the Golf Club's office and restaurant. It stands as if on the shore of a lake, but this is the sea - a channel is dug into the interior of the mainland and there is a marina with a yacht pier. And go back to your Hamra Village along the golf courses, the lighting is gorgeous. Hamra Mall is also a 12-minute walk away from the hotel, with 2 floors, lots of shops, restaurants, fast food and Spinneiy supermarket. Until 22.00, and Fri, Sat, Wst until 24.00. I highly recommend it for leisure, gifts home. I won't talk about the food at the hotel - there is plenty of it to be tasty, satisfying, and well-fed! There is yogurt and oatmeal porridge in the morning too! Drinks and cocktails are normal. You can also use the bars at Hamra Residence, as I said. And adjacent to Hamra Village is the Frisky Fox cafe, which operates "inside" on the site near the restaurant and pool. In October, every evening there was live music until 23:00, dancing for those who wish, the artists of the show are there. That is, all the guests of the hotel are participants automatically, because the spectator area is equipped, and please came out of the restaurant. This is important because evening leisure is a problem. And the guests of neighboring hotels are attracted! All sorts of questions about the room, safe, to the city, etc. - there is always a man on duty at the reception, with a Russian too, everything is solved, a taxi is called, they explain where. 3-star hotel - rooms in an austere rustic style vary in size depending on the category. Breakfast is traditional English, but the food is cheap. Some guests take "all inclusive", but the service and the quality of drinks are the same 3 stars. The gym is small, the equipment is minimal, there is a private pool, but you can use all the amenities of the hotel nearby, including access to the sea. One of the few advantages is the local pub, where happy hours for many drinks last every day from 1 p.m. to closing time. Nearby there is a local mall with a good supermarket and a range of cafes of different cuisines. The prices are not the most affordable, but now they seem to be traditional for the UAE.

We spent a week with the children, and I would like to mention several important points that influenced the overall impression. Food has become the biggest disappointment. Unfortunately, the food was very poor, especially for the children. I had to eat rice and fresh cucumbers every day. Of the entire assortment, only watermelon and bread turned out to be delicious. The main dishes — pasta, side dishes, chicken and beef — were served with some kind of sauce or gravy that the children did not want to eat. For adults, the choice also seemed meager: it was difficult to find something really edible. The fish is something like tilapia and something insanely bony. Beef one-on-one, then sole, then edible. French fries and nuggets were given only to children, and in very small quantities, besides, they had to stand in line for about 10 minutes. The kids didn't eat nuggets either, and after trying it out, it became clear why. There was also a shortage of spoons, empty tables and plates. As for the beach, it's really amazing: wide coastline, clear water, beautiful and warm pool. The sun beds are always free, which is very convenient. The room was quite comfortable, the bed was comfortable, the TV was working — it was important for us. The staff deserves special praise: everyone is very friendly, always ready to help and answer any questions. However, the food experience significantly spoiled the rest. Those planning a trip with children should be prepared for the lack of animation in the evenings — the evenings were boring and without entertainment. Overall, the beach and service have left positive impressions, but the food and evening program require major improvements.

There are several hotels nearby and a golf club that is popular with golfers. There is not a single interesting place nearby, except for the surrounding golf courses. It's like an oasis in the desert. Therefore, if you live exclusively in a hotel (and that was our message), then it's fine. Construction cranes and construction sites are everywhere, it's not noisy. From there, with a certain gust of wind, there is some kind of chemical odor, either from sewage treatment plants or from the processing of something chemical. Well, to put it bluntly, there is no time for ecology here at all... The 4-star hotel itself does not pull in any way. We got some really poor room (I'm attaching a photo), very small, I do not know how in the heat, we did not turn on the air conditioner, but it blows right on the bed, plus some kind of light bulb flashing all over the room, did not give rest all night. The water in the room did not warm up to hot, but it was a pity, it was quite cold at times and uncomfortable. The furniture is very old, the lock on the door demagnetized immediately, the safe was locked. The cleaning leaves much to be desired, as well as the bed linen. It's quite old-fashioned. The lighting in the room is poor. Overall, it's an honest joke about the room facilities. We cleaned every day, there are no questions about cleaning. The food was good, and we had breakfasts and dinners. The service in the restaurant also leaves much to be desired: clean dishes immediately ran out, there were quite a few tables, it all came down to finding a place / cup / spoon, etc. This quest had to be completed twice a day. There are few staff. There is quite a lot of food, including for vegetarians. However, the food seemed spicy to the child. Heated pools are really heated, only when it's cold outside, it's also very cold to swim in them). It takes three minutes to get to the second hotel or on foot, the beach is private, lifeguards are in place, the entrance to the water is comfortable. I would also like to note that smoking is allowed on the beach, by the pool and in general, on the territory of the hotel. And it's sad.:bulls on the beach, and the constant stink... there is no spa area or sauna here either. The location is just in the godforsaken side, the equipment is all very tired, I strongly do not recommend this hotel if you want to see the sights at the same time. There are also big questions about the environmental situation in this area. Still, when we go to the sea, we go for health, although, to each his own...

The hotel is amazing, I liked everything about the interior and the service. The food was excellent, especially the beef, drinks (cola, sprite, fanta juices, water on everyone's table), the rooms were clean, there were a lot of sun loungers on the beach, and I didn't like the pool. Only the pools were not enough until sunset (17-18). It seemed to me that it was completely closed. As it is, everything is great, I would visit more. By the way, there is a transfer directly from the hotel, I came across it, and the prices and conditions seemed excellent to me , and they followed us in terms of not getting lost. There is an eternal queue at the restaurant (it is very small), every trip to eat was accompanied by stress, that you have to stand at the door of the restaurant and wait (this is the first time in my travel experience this option)....I liked the pool more than in the neighboring Residens high-rise, where you need to go to the beach for 5 minutes on foot or ride a racing buggy for 2 minutes. A lot of compatriots, in the evening at the bar Leps, Lyube, Kurtukova. Rude reception at the hotel. Paid for the whole day upon arrival at the hotel with meals. Arriving late to Dubai, then we lost a couple of people at the airport (Biblio-globus writes in its booklets that it was waiting two hours - everyone waited three hours), then we got stuck in traffic (Friday evening) It took almost 3 hours to get to the hotel. The hotel didn't even lift a finger to treat the guests with fruit. We paid the tourist fee in dollars last night, and they said you'd get the change at the reception tomorrow.… It was a trash and a quest- how to get the change at the reception. They opened a cash register that wasn't empty for a second and showed the type - there's no money yet! Even at the airport, the course is more profitable than at the hotel. There was always an unbearable sour smell on the territory of the hotel - like mosquitoes being poisoned (in fact, a sump canal was dug around the golf course). The food was good, but when it ran out, the empty dishes were in no hurry to fill up completely. The sea is good. The room was battered by fate - a plumber was called- all the water was coming out of the sink. It's like Egypt from the 90s, I don't recommend it, especially with children.

We rested with my mom for 9 days. This is the first time we have been to the UAE. A small and cozy hotel. A clean pool, reception, air conditioners are working everywhere, and there is everything comfortable for staying in the rooms. We are not picky, but nevertheless we were satisfied. In the dining room (you can't call it a restaurant because everything inside is very simple and democratic), there is a wide variety of food and delicious cocktails. Before the road to the beach passes through a pedestrian crossing, since our hotel is located on the second Coastline, we went to the territory of our own hotel, but already a bigger one (resort, it is also four-star) the road from and to the beach took 7-10 minutes. We walked 3 minutes to the hotel and another 3 to 5 minutes through the hotel itself to the beach. (those who are too lazy can use the shuttle, which runs regularly, but we preferred to walk). We entered the resort hotel through the reception, took towels by the pool, and went to the beach. There we used the services of bars where all drinks were available, including alcohol, as we had an all-inclusive system. The beach has everything you need: it is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The sea is clean, the beach is also white sand. The water is warm and everything is fine. We had a rest in early October, the temperature was comfortable - 31-34 °, the water in the sea was two degrees.- three degrees less. During our vacation, we also took a guided tour to Dubai and the Marina for the whole day, and we were very impressed. Well, we took a safari trip separately, it's short and also unusual. I would also like to add that there is a table on the territory of the Resort hotel where local staff sell excursions, they did not recommend us to take them, since excursions from the tour operator are always safe and comfortable. There is a shopping center not far from the hotel. On the ground floor, directly opposite the entrance, they sell chocolate, but there we only took chocolate-covered dates. We really liked them. On the second floor there is an island with chocolate and dates. There we took very tasty chocolate. Why is everything not in one place because prices are different everywhere, we didn't buy anything else because we didn't see the point in it, and everything in supermarkets is very expensive, so we didn't starve, so we didn't need to go to the store. The staff at both of our hotels is very polite and friendly. I liked the fact that there was cleaning every day and no one extorted tips from you. We will definitely come back here again.

We had an all-inclusive family vacation in early April. I really liked the convenient location (7 minutes walk to the beach, or 1 minute by golf cart; within walking distance of the Mall). The food is quite varied, the children ate everything, there were no cases of poisoning (ice cream and French fries are given only to children on order). The room is large and clean. The only negative thing was cleaning on the first day, but after leaving a tip, they began to clean up actively and cleanly. The staff is polite, partially understands Russian (when it's convenient for them, they pretend that they don't understand, but in this case, our son knows English). Please note that check-in is after 15, and eviction is before 12 (I observed scandals on this topic at the reception, we were immediately aware of the time). The hotel is suitable for relaxing and family holidays, in the evenings there is a disco until 23:00, after that there is silence. In general, I recommend it! We will come again!

There is a buggy to the beach and back to Al Hamra Residence (the journey takes 2-3 minutes), it takes 5-7 minutes on foot, but you still have to walk to the beach through the hotel itself and the territory behind it. That's another plus 8-10 minutes. There is a large shopping center within walking distance (20-30 minutes). It's better to go in the evening, after sunset, One of the small disadvantages is 1) the air conditioner in the room is aimed at the sleeping place, you need to be careful, especially after swimming in the pool or shower; 2) dust is constantly accumulating on the open balcony; 3) in the restaurant, the staff does not always cope with the influx of visitors (even not during the peak season in July), sometimes there were not enough dishes and there were no clean tables; 4) there was never any ice in the outdoor bar.

A GOOD HOTEL FOR A RELAXING STAY! I had a rest in the middle of March 2025. A good hotel for reasonable money with a large beach line. Transfer: I liked everything. We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel, the transfer was almost personal. We were driving together in a brand-new SUV. The journey took 1 hour and 40 minutes from Al Maktoum Airport (Dubai). Life hack: Depending on traffic jams, the journey may take longer. If you want to spend less time on the road, then when booking tickets, choose the arrival airports closer to the hotel. Check-in: everything is fine. The receptionist quickly checked into the room. She gave me a memo on the restaurant's work schedule. There is a staff who speaks Russian. Even if the staff does not speak Russian during the shift, all issues are quickly resolved with the help of an interpreter on the phone. There is wonderful high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Room: great room! I got a room with a view of the golf course. Room with a balcony. In the morning, with a cup of tea, you can enjoy the view of palm trees, listen to birds sing and watch people play golf. Spacious room, clean linen. A comfortable mattress, pillows, and a good blanket. The air conditioner cools well. There is a kettle, tea/coffee/sugar/water. A full set of towels and a dental kit. There is only a robe missing. The bathroom renovation is "tired", but everything is in good condition. The staff may sometimes forget to clean your room or put water on. When contacting the reception, all issues with cleaning or the things you need are quickly resolved. Nutrition: good nutrition. I took meals according to the breakfast-dinner system. That's enough. If you take everything included, an alcohol package is also included. The food is fresh and delicious, and there is a choice. There were always places for dinner. Beach: a magnificent beach! the beach is wonderful, wide coastline, white sand, clean warm water. There are always sun beds. Beach towels are provided. But since there are not enough beach towels, they are given out for one room according to the number of people staying once a day. Life hack: if you took towels in the morning and also want to go to the beach in the evening, it's better to hand over the towel only in the evening. Because you won't get them for the second time in a day. To the beach from the hotel: 5-7 minutes on foot. You can either walk this distance or take a golf cart. Golf carts run constantly, the waiting time is no more than 10 minutes.
