PRICES ARE 30% MORE EXPENSIVE THAN IN OTHER PHARMACIES. Today, my visit to your pharmacy did not leave me with the best impressions. First of all, I want to highlight the lack of not only proper consultation, but also any recommendations from the staff. However, the most surprising moment was the unreasonably high cost of the ointment that I purchased. After comparing prices with other pharmacies, I found that the cost of this product in your pharmacy significantly exceeds market prices (as it turned out, it is 30% or more more expensive). This raises serious questions and misunderstandings as to why the same product can be purchased elsewhere at a lower price. In addition, I was struck by the fact that the head of the pharmacy offered me to get acquainted with the prices in other pharmacies only after I contacted her with the question of returning the goods, which was impossible. She also pointed out that it was my own fault that I did not get acquainted with the prices. This attitude towards customers causes confusion and disappointment. I believe that customers should rely on professional and respectful service, and not on shifting responsibility to them. I am sure that pricing issues may exist for various reasons, but nevertheless, I urge the pharmacy administration to pay attention to this issue and possibly review its pricing policy in order to provide customers with fairer and more competitive prices.
