Very good location. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, looking at the mosque and yachts on the way. Clean, the staff is caring. The pool is small, but warm. We were in March. But the windows overlooked the construction site, it was noisy.

A good hotel, the staff quickly respond to all requests, fix problems if they happen. Breakfast buffet, varied. The location is just great: direct access to the canal embankment, metro and tram in 7 minutes. Wants. We had a view of the beautiful Marina, very beautiful!

I visited this apartment hotel in March 2023, mainly because of the price, it is lower than the average in this area, I took a room with two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen-dining room and two bathrooms, very convenient for a large family, the room stock is not fresh, the breakfasts are normal, the staff is sane, there is a pool, but there are few places near it
