I ordered a monument in this place. They gave me a photo, according to which they made an ugly sketch, the man does not look like himself. I threw off another photo, it was not done badly, BUT in addition they took 20 rubles for this photo.this was not spelled out in the contract. Then, when I came to pick up the monument, they didn't even bother to help me load it. I am a woman and had to lift a slab of enormous weight (for health reasons, I cannot lift more than 3kg). I asked for help, to which I received an answer, and I quote: "I will not help, I have 4 hernias myself."
