We ordered a bathroom shelf and a floor dryer from this company. Both of these products came with significant design differences compared to the photos on the seller's website. After this was indicated to the courier, the latter began to present it in such a way that allegedly, as customers, we had to provide for the possibility of images not matching real goods. Following his logic, we should have foreseen that instead of rounding on the bottom of the shelf frame there may be hooks, and one of the legs of the dryer may not be monolithic. According to the courier, we allegedly had to ask about these points when ordering. It turns out, for example, if I ordered a single-lever mixer, they would have brought it with lambs, explaining that no one guarantees that the image matches the real product, and it was necessary to clarify about the lever at the time of ordering). I note that the courier behaved rudely, periodically raising his voice. Frankly, I just wanted to kick him in the neck. However, after that he began to put pressure on pity - that people like us deprive him of his earnings). To resolve the conflict, they tried to call the director, but he did not pick up the phone. I strongly do not recommend this company with a similar attitude to customers and a rude courier.
