A decent hotel It's clean and cozy, the breakfasts are varied, the coffee machine provides coffee for every taste, a special dish was prepared for me every morning at my request, very tasty! Special thanks for that! Upon check-in (and it was already midnight), it turned out that there was no hot water in the room, and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. The Junior suite on the 3rd floor is spacious and comfortable I do not recommend a single room - it is very cramped with a narrow bed. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator (4 floors in the hotel)

Thank you, I was touched))) Of the cons: the condition of the room. The tenants have a huge disadvantage. Open beer on the table at home, not at the hotel. The tables are bitten by beer bottles, and drops of beer or champagne are on the walls. There are plastic burns on the window sills from forgotten chinariks. Dear guests, if you like living in a homeless shelter, then rent a room in a homeless shelter, not in a hotel. Yes, it's nice to live in a nice cozy place, but it's too early for you, you can spend the night in a puddle. Minus to the staff: when they went to bed, they found a black hair in the bed.

I always stay: convenient location, within walking distance. Breakfasts are quite good, if portioned, then the output is large. Standard rooms on the 4th floor with luggage will help you get up, there is no good cardio load. I stayed at another hotel for the experiment, but I returned to Greenwich anyway. The location of the hotel is the main reason to stay in it. Nearby there is a theater and a pedestrian street, along which you can walk perfectly enjoying a mixture of architectural styles and a beautiful park.

The stated hair dryer was missing in the room, it was brought after contacting the reception. The water in the shower is heated for a very long time, probably due to the fact that the room was on the 4th floor. You can safely open the hot tap and go do your business for about 10 minutes until the water warms up. The breakfasts are the same, every day, for example, porridge is too sweet for my taste, not everyone eats sweet porridge. We arrived at the beginning of the third night, rented a double superior standard, paid 30,000 tenge, the administrator told us that we would check out at 12 o'clock. Well, that's how we planned to spend the day, and go back to Omsk at night. Not only that, there was one set of towels, one bathrobe and one set of shampoo for two waiting for us in the room. In the morning I overslept breakfast, because I didn't have the strength to get up early, we went for coffee, after coffee we decided to stop by to change clothes, the time was 12.30, and already another administrator tells us that check-out is at 12 p.m., and it doesn't matter what time we arrived. It was very 'nice' to give more than 3,000 rubles to sleep for 5 hours and it is not clear where to go with things. If we knew such nuances that no one warned us about, we would never have settled there. The rest was ruined, thanks to your hotel.
