I am not sure what happened to Grandiose supermarket.. used to have good service but since last 2 months I believe it became the worst supermarket. bought flowers for 149 aed and they were all Wither so I had to through them in the grabage .. expensive and worst quality

Unprofessional staff which made my day very bad they hire unprofessional philipin staff, i order food but it get placed on cah counter area and im waiting more than 35 min nobody knows where what when i ask staff is saying i was busy what is that very bad service also food which i ordered its cold already and not taste at all PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE SPEND YOUR MONEY DIFFERENT AREA

It was not possible to use the transfer from the hotel to the beach, because there are many people who want to, you need to make an appointment in advance. After the beach, there would be nowhere to dry, there are no dryers, there is not even a heated towel rail. So, if you plan a beach vacation, it's better to choose another hotel. We had an excursion program, so we are happy with everything.
