Plenty of space, there are bars, changing rooms, benches. But the toilets are only for bar patrons. I didn't notice any public people on the beach.

I ran dozens of kilometers this year. If you run to the left, then after 2 km there will be a deep ditch from the surf, then another one. To the right - almost 7 km to the spit. Trampled sand. It's normal for runners.
