I give two stars for the fact that most of the time there are few people, the food is often warm.
and now to the cons: sticky floors, dirty tables are almost always, there are often people with low social responsibility, overflowing trash cans. there are one and a half "diggers" in the kitchen, the most banal order consisting of potatoes, a burger and a drink is prepared for 10-15 minutes. When ordering fast food, do I have to wait so long for such a small order? self-service kiosks are often broken, which also do not issue receipts. the toilet on the ground floor is in an ugly state, it can be scary to enter it.
let's talk about the second floor, which is almost always closed, although the sign says that it is open and also in the same condition as the first. there are no complaints about the toilet, except for the syringe, which was lying on the floor (I'll attach the photo below)

The worst point of the CFS of all where I have been, which is based, apparently, only on human laziness (laziness to cross the road to another normal CFS).
Something is always wrong: the order may lack an entire item, undercooked meat, or almost no breadcrumbs. It always took a very long time, today the staff were chatting with their friends, who blocked the entire delivery counter, and it was impossible to approach it))))) when my order was ready (20 minutes later), no one said the order number and it just stood there and cooled down until I came over to check if it was my order)))
In short, it's better to go through the transition to a normal CFS, or eat on the spot, so that at least you can present it, and you will be reimbursed. Because when you take an order with you without checking, then you can't do anything, everyone doesn't care about complaints.

The worst KFC I've been to with my friends.
