Hi, I usually order your tater tots and my son really enjoys them, but today’s order was completely different. It came full of onions, mince, and oil — not like what’s described on your website or what we’ve received before. When I asked the kitchen staff, they said “it’s always like that,” but it definitely isn’t. I’m really disappointed with the service and the food this time, as it wasn’t what we expected at all.
