awful service and attitude

Parking is available, the spiral entrance is wide, so 6 floors up and down is not a problem, the staff is adequate and extremely correct. They do their job quickly and expertly. But is it really important at the Polish visa application center? If you signed up there, through all the hell with the nightmarish registration, flying selfies, and calls during a work meeting (did you sign up yourself?), then the rest is easy to handle! Perhaps the pensioners who go there to get a visa and visit their children will have a different experience. They looked kind of abandoned and confused. It would be better if employees showed them more empathy.

Apparently, the state should have brought this company to its senses long ago, because of the mess they made with this registration. I haven't been able to make an appointment for three months now, and as a result, I don't even know when I'll get a job at my company, where I've been working for two years. My director from Poland wrote a letter to the consul, and there is also no response, either because of the workload and the mess in the consulate's mail, or because it ends up in spam from them. There are 0 chances to register yourself. All their dates are stolen by travel agencies, telegram bots, and other crooks for one or two in 10 minutes. Moreover, they even know the exact time of the date release, and this is for sure for them (agencies) someone is "merging" them with vfs global. They do it once or twice, effortlessly. Their site just "hangs" and "glitches" endlessly, while it pours out some errors, saying that your vpn is turned on and you need to turn it off, saying that your email and password are wrong, there are a hundred reasons in common. And all these innovations with verification, authentication and other nonsense didn't do anything good for a person, and everything didn't work as it should, and it still doesn't work. It feels like they are in a share with these "visa dealers" who charge from 600 to 1500byn.
