But is it really important at the Polish visa application center? If you signed up there, through all the hell with the nightmarish registration, flying selfies, and calls during a work meeting (did you sign up yourself?), then the rest is easy to handle! Perhaps the pensioners who go there to get a visa and visit their children will have a different experience. They looked kind of abandoned and confused. It would be better if employees showed them more empathy.

Applied for a visa for 60+. Accepted on time, polite staff. We have been waiting for a visa for 14 days. On Friday morning, I saw the status "the application has been reviewed at the Embassy and sent to the VC". We had paid for courier delivery, and obviously only after the weekend. She asked me to cancel the courier. Upon confirmation of the cancellation, after 2 hours they called and informed that the passports were at the VC and could be picked up personally. We arrived quickly and took our passports. Of the disadvantages (insignificant for us): there is no refund when the delivery is canceled; inconvenient location; There are no benches in the waiting area. Of the significant disadvantages: Inconvenient working hours, until 17.00, and Sat. sun. weekends.
