When I asked for a dish to be made spicier, it means the dish should be made spicier, and not slip me a sauce for an additional fee, which he didn't even tell me about! Terrible service

The service was terrible, they couldn't give me a menu for 15 minutes, then they said download it and for another 15 minutes they didn't fit, there were 2 people in the place besides me. It sucks.
