The atmosphere, design and food is good but the main and the biggest problem are the staff, they try to scam you in some way, they either try to charge you twice or lies to you about some order, imo this is very bad for the reputation of the restaurant and needs to be changed.

A very beautiful and pleasant place! A large and spacious hall. We were sitting on the couch, very comfortable. Polite and courteous and attentive staff! An interesting kind of uniform, it reminded me of the military in a number of southern countries. All the dishes that were ordered were just great! I especially liked the national soup. A young man wrapped in bandages walked around the room from time to time, like a master. He didn't look like a customer, but he was dressed strangely for the staff, as if he had hastily thrown on whatever he could find and gone to the store to buy cigarettes. Criminal motives were resurrected in my head. The waiter, however, was very helpful, although he delayed the change for 15-20 minutes, despite the fact that 20% for the service had already been indicated in the receipt.

If you and your colleagues are on a business trip, perhaps this is the best place in the center to sit outside for dinner and a drink in the evening after a busy day. Good cuisine, a fairly diverse menu, stable quality of dishes, normal unobtrusive service. There is alcohol and hookah. They work late. Among the disadvantages: very loud music, i.e. it's unlikely to work out (not comfortable), the quality of cocktails is not stable, and the quality of cocktails is 3%, the head doesn't hurt after them, but it's not particularly tasty (the cost of cocktails is not high, perhaps this explains it). Conclusion: you can go if you need a "movement", a desire to admire the girls and just sit with colleagues for something to eat (optional)

To our great surprise, my husband was informed at the entrance that the dress code was in effect, and he was not allowed to enter in Birkenstocks sandals. Hospitality: Artificial barriers create a negative impression and repel guests, especially regular ones who have come to have dinner with the whole family. Unfortunately, this is not the first disappointment: we had already been to the main hall earlier, and the kitchen did not make an impression. We decided to give the veranda a chance because of the location next to the house, but the management took a strange position. As a result, we spent the evening elsewhere and no longer plan to return. It is a pity that the opportunity to have a good time was missed due to a formality.

And the main "cherry on the cake" is mango, which I brought from Vietnam and just wanted to show my friends and treat them at the end of the evening. One fruit. They did not ask to cut it, they did not ask to serve it, but simply to allow it. And they received a categorical refusal from both the staff and the chief executive. The reason is “you can't do that.” I understand that there are internal rules. But there are situations where a human attitude is more important than a formal ban for show. The average check per person is 500,000 soums and above. We were guests, we came in a good mood, but in the end we left with the feeling that we were not particularly welcome here. Service is not just about taste and interior design. It's about attention to detail, flexibility, and respect for guests. It is a pity that in this case all this was not a priority.

The waiter came in 5 minutes later and did not understand why I was not ready to place an order. But it took 30 minutes to bring the bill. No one came to get the payment, so I had to go to the hostess myself. The music was a little loud, but it's a Saturday night, so it's normal. The atmosphere is generally pleasant, there are a lot of people who enjoyed the evening. Perhaps I would have had a pleasant impression if we had a different waiter and not this meager paella with garbage in the shape of a langoustine's head. The hostesses at the entrance are like rabbits. We met and saw you off pleasantly. You have to be careful with the golf cart at the entrance, the driver is ready to knock down people leaving the establishment like skittles.

A separate story is the speed of work. Bar orders take as long as if they were being prepared from scratch. Even a regular coke can be carried in a bottle for 15 minutes! It's just ridiculous. And I'm not talking about vodka at all – it's all warm, it's just impossible to drink it. I came repeatedly . The girls you meet are constantly changing, with new faces every day.Most of them do not correspond to the status of the institution at all. However, there were exceptions. For example, a girl with white hair, pleasant appearance – she knew how to greet guests and put them at comfortable tables. If the service and the attitude towards the guests remain at the same level, it is better to spend the money in another restaurant. Yes, the restaurant has a good location, in the city center. But to be honest, it's not enough to want to come back.
