A typical three-course meal, breakfast, and so on. The staff is excellent, the rooms are average shabby, for which they gave 4 stars - it's not clear, probably for the Spa. There are seven floors, 10-12 rooms per floor, and it's better to arrive for breakfast at 07:00, otherwise you'll be standing in line. We had a fairly large room, but the 2-bedroom bed was very narrow, there was a toilet near the wall in the bathroom (not very convenient), there were no bedside tables, the only outlet by the bed was a refrigerator (not an understandable implementation of the sleeping space), it was also a bedside table, other outlets were far from the sleeping place. In principle, if you are not moody, it will work)). (P.S. - wi-fi in our room is very good).

This is a normal hotel in terms of price and location. The center of Istanbul. What I really liked was the staff. Polite, helpful! I can recommend it to those who are looking for a place to spend the night without frills. And in the afternoon, walk around the city center.

I liked everything, clean and tidy, cleaned every day. The administrator Birjan speaks Russian, is friendly, will help solve any issue, organized a transfer. The only remark: monotonous breakfast.

Convenient location , everything is nearby . The administrator speaks Russian. Traditional Turkish breakfast, delicious. Only the coffee is not very good. The terrace where you have breakfast is gorgeous . They forgot the jacket on the chair, the smart guys saved it and returned it. 2 Russian channels on TV. Restaurants on Lalali are expensive, designed for wholesalers. Upon check-in, fruits and a bottle of water . Tea was served to us later. Linen and towels were changed every day. The rooms are too small . It's more like 3*. And so everything is OK.
