4 days ago, in search of high-quality winter shoes, I decided to buy boots and chose this store, because the assortment in it, although small, was more than satisfied with the shoe model I found. and so I happily go to the cashier to pay for the miracle shoes, the cost of which was 261.40, natural leather and fur, it would seem the top for my money. I come, unpack, put on, walked around at home and something bothered me about their convenience, but after throwing off the novelty of the shoes, I decided that they were spreading. and here is the first exit to the street, and I understand that one shoe rubs the heel terribly, and after an hour of walking to the store and back, my legs hurt wildly. I decided to rent and purchase shoes elsewhere. I washed, cleaned, brought it to the store and what would you think, they tell me that there are traces of socks on the sole. one way out, and even the rubber on the sole was not pleased with the quality, it began to peel off as if it had been rubbed with sandpaper. I am offered to write a statement in order to send a pair of shoes to a factory in Vitebsk for inspection of the quality of the insert in the heel, which was originally the complaint. I write a statement, after which they tell me that if there is no marriage and I just chose the wrong size, then the money will not be returned to me, about the fact that they will replace a pair of shoes with my size if this is the problem or change to another, for the same money, there was no question. like, give us almost 300 rubles and go for a walk. at my request to show me the article and the paragraph where it is written in black and white that they will not return me a penny for this shit (there is no other way to say it), the seller made a surprised look and went to the back room, 5 minutes later brought the second seller, to whom I also stated my question, demanding a competent explanation of the reason for not returning For a second, the seller also did not mention that they would give me a pair of shoes, since they would not refund the money. a little later, a council of three sellers gathered around me, none of whom could answer my question. on a repeated request to show the article and the paragraph in the law, which they boasted of, they shoved a pile of papers (10 pieces) at me and said, they say, this is what we are guided by, the type of stand and read, the paragraph and the article were never shown to me, and I did not have time to read this pile. after giving them the shoes and taking the statement with the check, I went home and began to call the commodity experts in Vitebsk, where for some reason they immediately told me that the pair would be returned, and they could name the article, although I did not find words there that they would not return the money. I am waiting for an answer from the inspection, but I recommend not to visit this store, since the sellers there are not competent in basic consumer issues, at least in knowledge of the law
