Funny story. I decided to somehow buy myself a brand new router, all I needed from it was gigabit ports and 2.4/5 Hz frequencies. When choosing, I decided to trust the consultant (I know a bad decision), when examining the standard Mi 4A router, I just asked if it was a gigabit version, they told me that yes and that it suited my requirements, the price was also adequate for a gigabit. But when I got home, I realized that this is the lower 100 mbit version. Thinking that the store is adequate and will be able to change my router (especially since the consultant actually violated the law by reporting incorrect information about technical characteristics), I unexpectedly received a refusal and even small claims that they say we told you that this is not a gigabit version and by law we cannot refund you money because this is a technically complex product... that's just where Newans was. The warranty from the store was for 7 days, and any technically complex product with a warranty of less than a year still has the opportunity to be returned within 14 days. After the consultants heard this information, they simply... they started complaining to me that it was not their fault that they did not give a guarantee to our region.
